Bought a car a month and a half ago. A 2007 VW GTi to be exact. The transmission blew yesterday and upon draining it we found metal particles in the oil. There was something seriously wrong with the car before my purchase. The owner of the dealership won't give me a dime towards my $2000 fix. i would not recommend this place to anyone. I'm very disappointed with the way they handled it.

This Dealership knows what they are doing. They were very helpful, very professional, very polite, very patient and just very great!!! I am taking my daughter over to get her car from there too . I have been looking for this car for quite some time. When I found it, I was hesitant in driving to New Jersey because I thought it was priced low and usually something is wrong . I called and asked if there was an physical or mechanical issues and they said none at all. I thought someone may be lying but the price was so good that I figured it may need minor repairs maybe as most used cars do. I got there at 9 am which is what time they open. I test drove the car.... drives like a dream. I wanted this car so long I hoped they could get me financed. They did !! excellent rate. I am so very happy with my car! with the service, and the people. They are so nice! I truly loved this place and loved the people. It was worth the 5 hour drive!!!

These people will change your any negative ideas you have about a used car dealership. From the minute you walk in, you feel like they treat you with so much respect. I was just looking around. I wasn't planning on buying. and I told them that. There were other people there looking to buy. They were so patient. I test drove a few cars just to get an idea for when I decide to buy. The way they treated me made me feel like why not now. I talked to the young ladies in the office, very professional and friendly. They were trying to make sure all the people in the office were comfortable. even though they knew I wasn't buying right then they still addressed my questions. I decided to go for it after all. I am extremely pleased with the service. I am going to recommend these people to everyone.

I've given Bergenautofield 5 stars because that is the maximum allowed, but I wish I could give them more. They deserve it ! The service we received was amazing. The staff was helpful and kind, and I got a great deal. I would recommend this dealership to absolutely anyone, even my mother !

I love this place and the people that work here. I have not one complaint about this dealer. The transaction was so smooth, from the minute I talked to the young ladies over the phone until I drove my new baby home. They are extremely friendly there. You don't feel like they are trying to take advantage of you in any way. They addressed my needs and I left with a car. I am extremely impressed with this place.

These people really did provide me with impeccable service. I saw the car online. They called me with in 5 minutes of me sending them an email. I told them I didn't want to drive all the way to their place if things were not going to work on the finance end. They worked out the whole finance deal. They called me back with the numbers and I scheduled to be their the following. The next day they had all my paperwork ready for me to sign. I was literally in and out with my car in an hour. I will do business with these people any day!! and recommend them to the world!!!! Truly impeccable!!!
