Terrible place
I wish I could give no stars to this establishment. If you wanna call it that. I went to look at a truck that the rep name mike said the truck was in good condition just a lil wear and tear. PLEASE when I arrive there that took me Atleast 45 minutes the truck had to get a battery jump, under car was molded and falling to the touch, driver side seat was all rip, air conditioner and heater did not work, brakes were gone! Yet they still wanted 4000 for it !! The sales person MIKR was horrible not friendly at all and act like he didn’t want ti serve me . I will never ever recommend this piece of xxxx non business place to anyone !! Liars

Zero effort to show or sell us a car
My husband and I drove over an hour to check out a specific car. While in the lot, a salesman checked on us and told us someone would be with us shortly. A salesman came out and we started to ask about the SUV we specifically were there for. The salesman proceeded to evade and give vague answers regarding the car. After about 10 minutes of speaking with him we asked if we could check out the inside of the vehicle to which he walked over, tried the door handle and realized it was locked and didn’t even offer to get the keys. We asked about another car listed on your website we were interested in and he said it wasn’t there and probably at another of your lots since you own 15. We are disappointed because if he had put some extra (or any) effort in to trying to sell us a car or suggest another then we probably would have sat down to seriously talk about buying then and there. I guess when you own 15 car lots you can pick and choose who you want to sell to. We definitely will not be back or recommend your lots to anyone we know in the market for a car.

I love my 2020 Honda Pilot and Jerry my salesman, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He delivered on everything he said and so far I have had absolutely no issues. Not to mention Ed in finance who was wonderful as well. I would recommend friends and family to this dealership. They made everything easy and stress free. Highly recommend!

Blasius a good place to buy a vehicle

Shady liars
At the start of my buying experience with Blasius in Waterbury, I would have given them a 5 star rating. One week later, and still no deal finalized, I would give them a 0, but unfortunately I can only give as low as 1 star. I dealt with salesman Mike V., who was great! Then the day I am supposed to take delivery of the car, I called at 11am to make sure that everything was ready (undercoating, new key fob and hood latch fixed). Mike states that yes, everything is ready and to come around noon and we can go over onstar etc. Show up at 1215pm, with my 3 year old son mind you, to only have to sit and have him get payoff of my trade, which was already done 3 nights prior. Then Mike leaves and comes back 30 min later telling me that the delay is the detailer and that due to overspray from the undercoating, it's taking them a little longer. Usually professionals mask things off, but hey things happen. Now its 130pm, when Mike knows I need to leave at 2pm to pick up my other son from school. At 130pm, he comes over and states that we're ready to sign paperwork. My response, not without seeing the truck first. He stutters, and states that ok, just need to pick up from detailer. now its 150pm and Mike walks in and walks me out to the truck, which looks like it just went through a car wash and could smell the smell of water hitting hot brakes. I immediately have doubts in my head and notice right away that the undercoating was never done, even though he said it was and there was overspray from it that was taking the detailer so long to get it clean. I immediately got upset and told Mike to figure it out and get back to me if he wanted to, otherwise I was walking away. Shady encounter number 1! Mike texts later saying hes sorry and they will do some more stuff to make the deal go through and get the undercoating taken care of. He says it will all be ready to go Monday. Three days later, now Monday, I talk to Mike to make sure everything is good to go. he again, assured me it was all set. I show up at 630pm, see the truck out front (good sign) and begin my inspection of the undercoating. The undercoating was the worst I have ever seen, since I have a relative who provides that service as well, and there was overspray all over the inside of the wheel wells. The frame was sprayed in patches and then missing in other places. Old undercoating was still peeling up, spots not wire wheeled, etc. Now I'm even more upset than the first time, as I dragged my family out again to only make a useless 30min trip for the second time! At this point I again voiced my unhappiness to Mike, which all he could say is 'sorry, we're training a new guy in our undercoating shop.' Blasius advertises their undercoating as top notch, but its shady to say the least. Who knows if they wire wheel, who knows if they even know what theyre doing. And not for nothing, but undercoating was explained as any non moving parts under the vehicle! The only thing slightly touched, was the frame. The undercarriage of the vehicle had some overspray and that's it. Unless Blasius can do something to make this right, as I do like the truck, I will not continue business and would never recommend them to anyone, even an enemy!
