An Excellent Experience
Jonathan, our sales rep, was knowledgeable, professional, and an excellent communicator, utilizing texts, emails, and the phone. I appreciated that he wasn’t a pushy salesman either but rather a gentle, soft sell, approach. Chris our finance manager was superb as well! I would and already have recommended Blasius Pre-Owned Cars to my friends!

Barb at the dealership was fantastic! She kept in contact with me about everything. I was coming from out of state and she even arranged for someone to pick me up at the airport. I LOVE my new purchase. There were some things listed on the vehicles details that were incorrect , so I would say to double check everything. Luckily, it was nothing major. As far as the registration part of the car, the dealership was just going to transfer my old vanity plates to my new car. That didn’t go as expected and I had to go to the DMV myself and fix it. Somewhat of a hassle. Overall, my experience was very good and I recommend working with them.

Use carfax before buying
Shady dealer. Found out 18 months later my car was hit. They listed on autocheck or whatever as no accidents. Use carfax before buying or just stay away

Kevin - we apologize for any inconvenience that you may have faced with this situation. The Blasius Auto Group has a solid reputation and we would never attempt to deceive any customer. At the time of your purchase, we in fact used AutoCheck as a free tool for our customers to get a complete vehicle history report. We also rely on that information when purchasing vehicles from auctions. Auto Check is a commercial grade report used by the major auction entities and has a solid reputation for pre-owned vehicles due to the ability to track vehicles sold at auctions, therefore we were confident in the report that was provided to you. While CarFax is better known to the consumers, the truth is each product has its advantages and disadvantages one may report an incident missed by the other and vice versa. We have since switched providers and now use CarFax. Again, we apologize for any confusion.

First time there and it was a great experience!
Heidie was phenomenal. Bobby was great and a man of his word. Ed has a great personality. Overall, great experience. We were able to get the car we actually wanted which was the Honda Pilot used. And we got a even better one which was the elite edition. Very satisfied and will recommend my friends/family to go there

I wouldn’t recommend blasius to the devil
I bought a used truck that had to be brought back to service 6 times. The chocolate shake violently in the highway and it made noises all the time even in the back roads there was a knock in the engine. After going through the whole company it occurred to me to go to the gen man. I was told that the truck was safe enough for them to even take their own family in it. They would of said i could travel to the moon in it just so that they wouldnt take it back. I stood my grounds and they agreed to refinance it. But after being there 7 hours and speaking to almost everyone there, I just wanted to be done. I told the GM that it should be me leaving with another car and not owing anything, He said yes. But when I finally picked a car and go sign the contract they added 5 k to the new loan and made me go with their bank at 18.% interest . I asked to speak to the MG again but they said he was busy and that if i didnt like the new deal i had to leave with the truck i brought back. I would never recommend this place to anyone not even the devil! I am going to see if theres a legal way to get my money back. Oh and the car i traded also has issues but i guess ill have to eat it because theyll say there nothing wrong with it.

They have stopped responding to emails and phone calls
They have stopped responding to emails and phone calls about a legacy I bought in December. I was 8 months pregnant with my infant son (11 months old) and left waiting over 9 hours for the car to be ready for me to bring it home at the time of purchase. I should have walked away then!! Within 3 days of having the car it would stall when started on rainy days! I contacted them and even a Subaru dealership couldn’t find the issue because the computer wasn’t reading the error. Few days later when in labor the car was completely dead and wouldn’t start!!! They paid the battery replacement and acted like they would take care of my window issues… fast forward 2 days later all my lights on the dashboard went on removing my traction control, eyesight, engaging the parking break and abs lights. I found out from the Subaru dealership that whoever did the breaks damaged the sensor and played with it to make it work just until it became my problem…. That’s why they kept me 9 hours waiting for the car to be ready!!!!! They have been ignoring me since!!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

This following is in response to the review submitted from Huggies422. This individual purchased a 2016 Subaru Legacy form from Blasius Pre-Owned on December 5, 2021. Unfortunately, the buyer has encountered a few mechanical issues with the vehicle. We understand her frustration and we have offered to her to bring the vehicle back to our Service Department and we would perform a complete diagnosis on the vehicle. She did bring the vehicle to a local Subaru Dealership and they replaced the battery. We did reimbursed her for the repair. We also gave her the option of trading the vehicle back for another Subaru or a similar vehicle. The customer did not want to pursue either option. To this point, we are confident that we have communicated effectively with the customer and offered her a few choices to better help resolve these issues. We are more than willing to fix the issues if she were to bring the vehicle to our Service Department. We hope that this clarifies the situation and we will continue to work with our customer until she is satisfied with her service.
That’s a lie I have several emails ignored as well as well as phone calls. I have sent several emails with the messages from Subaru about the engine leak and the broken sensor that was broken while your dealership was replacing the breaks. That’s why I was stuck there for over 8 hours because they were trying to keep the lights off from the broken sensor!!! Try returning an email or phone call!!!!! I’ve already paid how much for constantly going to the Subaru dealership and most of the issues are not covered under warranty!!! I have 2 babies under 2 and that was the purpose of buying a newer car!! And to find out from Subaru that my car is only worth $9k and I paid $18k
