Service center

I have an oil change package with Peak Kia and used to frequent the location on Wadsworth. I typically have my son do all services and maintenance to my vehicle. Dave was extremely friendly and mentioned the other services due by miles and left it at that. No high pressure sales and I really appreciate that.

Bait & Switch?

This is not our first car buying experience. But it was definitely the most awkward! Came in to test drive a used car we found online. Year/price/miles were all great! A sales manager spoke to us & wanted to move it- it had been on their lot 134 days. We get more serious, sit down talk numbers. To our surprise- the price is now $500 more. Even though we were showing the lower price from our phone. It took way too much negotiating for them to honor it. (They finally did.) They kept telling us they raised the price that morning, the website hadn’t caught up. Not my problem. Then they wanted us to make a decision by 9pm. It was making me more angry, So I wanted to speak to the sales manager again. When I approached him, the store manager aggressively interrupted. He was extremely aggressive with me and visibly angry. I explained I just wanted to feel good about my car buying experience, but I don’t. After much back and forth, he finally agreed he should have spoken to us about the situation, not pushing it through our sales person. We decided to purchase the car in the end- the price was right. But the following day when we arrived to do the paperwork the employees were cold. They also told us they would fill up the tank, vacuum, etc. They did not. Bottom line it was an extremely awkward and unpleasant experience. We do not recommend Peak Kia.

Disgusting

Dont buy from here!!!!!! I financed my car 3 months ago and they didnt offer me any kind of an extended warranty and now my transmission is malfunctioning and they claim "well we did an inspection before we declared it was ready to be sold so we couldnt have known anything would go wrong." Thats xxxxxxxx! Complete xxxxxxxx. Your company didnt offer me any kind of a warranty because you knew and you wanted to get it off your lot!!!!! Now you wont take responsibility for your actions?????? I will always deter people from using your company for anything!!!!

Sold me a lemon then took me for another 15,000 more

Sold me a lemon then took me for another $15,000 more. So approximately 18 months ago I bought a 2011 Rubicon Jeep… This was my dream vehicle. Six months in to owning this I had to veer off the side of the road just going over Bumpy terrain.. the bumper come off and the side bumpers over the tires come off. My head was thrown into the dashboard to which no airbags deployed. I was left with a scar after 22 stitches to the left eye. Six months later my car totally died on the road… The engine is dead, they have to replace it. Understanding I have less than 9000 miles at this point on my car. It was in the shop for over a month. I get it back and all the sudden it keeps on slipping out of fourth… I called Charles… I was going to bring it in then ended up in the hospital with an MS relapse… When I started it again and am still in first, the car shakes like the engine is going to blow. I take it back to the dealership, I’m furious. I tell Charles that I’m going to do a very negative review on the establishment. Of course I am put in touch with the GM who says he’s going to make this better. They have it for three days they cannot make it do what I say it’s doing. So now I’m a liar. So basically here’s your keys to your jeep, take it back. They were kind enough to let me use A 2015 Nissan Xterra. When I asked what the price of the Nissan the GM says oh don’t worry about price… What would you think! . Still thinking in my mind with all the problems I’ve had and what was stated by the GM, so I will go forth and buy this.. After the GM wouldn’t lie, he is going to do something to help me out. Yes the car was up in value, I do get that. I had a remaining 25+ thousand dollar loan. When I left there I was now $42,000 loan. The Blue book worth 29 that’s with all the bells and whistles.. The manager handling the paperwork told me the GM was going to play around with the numbers to give me the best possible deal…Nothing was done to alleviate everything that I’ve gone through with this jeep. In fact the dealer has now made money on me. The Nissan is blue booked at 28+… They dug me for 32 grand and then refused to reimburse my service contract which was only 18 months into a six-year deal. I’m told by the manager “we don’t do reimbursements on service deals”! So now I paid 2000+ on the jeep add another 2000 for the new car. So they screw me on that as well. I now am Proud owner of a Nissan Xterra are valued at $42,000… Remembering it’s only worth 29… Absolutely is this because I am a female.. I don’t know. I do know I’m not a stupid lady. To all you women out there be very careful going through this dealership. They may act like they care… I am now the proud owner of a Nissan Xterra for the deal of $42 grand. Absolute thief’s.. Maybe it’s because I didn’t have a man there with me… I have never felt so taken advantage of in my life. I was overwhelmed and should never have signed. Congratulations Peak Kia Colorado Springs on making my Christmas. I am sure you will have a wonderful holiday based on you screwing people over and being paid on commission. I will spread the word. I manage a very large restaurant in this town.

Shanda Glasener

Never thought I would by a Kia, but Chris and the team here made it fun and gave us the best lease deal in town. I would advise checking this group out before you buy. They might just surprise you as well!
