oil change
Good service but, I wasn't aware there was two recalls on my vehicle until I took it in for an oil change. I never received a call or any kind of contact saying you have two recalls on you 2017 Sportage!

Great car dealership
I traded in my 2013 Sorrento and with the excellent advice and guidance from Seth, I left with a 2019 Sorrento. When I had my 2013 Sorrento, I brought it in for all the scheduled maintenance and was extremely satisfied. This Kia dealership is great.

Great and helpful staff
Bryan was a very helpful sales representative. He was truly interested in what I needed and not at all pushy on making a sale. This is rare in the auto sales industry. Tyler was a great F&I rep who worked quickly and thoroughly so I didn’t have to wait hours. And finally, Lisa was very kind, welcoming and rounded out the team nicely to convey they were there to help me find what I wanted, stayed in my budget without pushing it, and inviting me in as part of the Kia family. Great team!

Great service for my car at Peak KIA Colorado Springs
I leased a 2018 KIA Sorrento in March 2018. I had been in a car accident the day before which totaled my car so I needed a new car right away. Peak KIA in Colorado Springs is where I leased the car. The sales person there was very knowledgeable and sensitive to the fact that I had lots of questions since it had been 13 years since I had bought a new car. I didn't feel pressured to buy something and I ended up with a great car that was within my budget. I recently took the car in for its first service at 5,000K miles. The Service Department was expecting me and did the service work promptly. I am very pleased with my Sorrento and the buying and service experiences have been excellent. I would recommend Peak KIA Colorado Springs to anyone looking for a new or used car.

first oil change/service
I made an appointment on the website for 8:00am. I was greeted immediately when I arrived. The gentleman was friendly. Best of all, my car was completed in under 45 minutes. This was the best service I have received anywhere.

My daughter and I have been looking for a Saturn Vue since hail totaled the Tahoe June 13th. Sunday, July 8th, drove by Peak Kia Chapel Hills and saw a 2006 Saturn Vue with low mileage and good price. Went back today, July 9th, at 8:30am. Test drove and bought the Saturn. Victor Grandmaiter, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable and a real pleasure. As for their 1st rate inspection and detailing, they installed new starter, new brakes and fixed air conditioner, all inclusive of original price. Service center
I have an oil change package with Peak Kia and used to frequent the location on Wadsworth. I typically have my son do all services and maintenance to my vehicle. Dave was extremely friendly and mentioned the other services due by miles and left it at that. No high pressure sales and I really appreciate that.
