This dealer was a disappointed for me. I spoke with Wally to schedule a test drive on the 2011 Porsche Panamera Turbo. He told me to come in and we set an appointment at 4:30 pm after I get off work. I got there at 4:28 and the car wasn’t even out the lot for me to look at. Wally was not a professional car sale man. The first thing he asked me how do I intend to pay for it? I told him that if I paid in full do I get a good deal and he said the price is already low as is at $39,777. Also, Wally stated that this is a cash only dealership. That’s bull crab on their website they clearly have a financing department. Then, I told Wally I wanted to test drive the vehicle and he said to me that because this is a high end car they do not allow people to test drive the vehicle unless they intend to buy it. He told me he can pull the car out and let me inspect it but not test drive it. I felt insulted and why would I drive an hour to get there and wasting my time just to test drives a car. I simply walked away and told him that I will find a dealer that’s more professional and that will allow me to test drive the vehicle. I’m glad that I didn’t do my business with this ZonemotorsChicago because I just bought a 2011 Porsche Pamamera Turbo a few days later at a different dealership with a fair price. My only advice to other is to be careful with this dealership you might be disappointed. Also, there were a lot of junks, salvage car parts around the building so don’t expect this place to look clean like a normal car dealership.

Was looking to finance a use vehicle. I was having trouble looking into other places as I felt they didn’t really take the time to let me decide. It was more of a you should check out this car situation. A friend recommended me this place and I got to say they where really patient and cooperative. I really like to look into what I’m purchasing and by the end of me signing the last document. I felt good knowing I left with something I wanted.

my car was making a loud noise when driving , decided to stop in to check it out. turns out it was bad wheel bearings. thought it would of cost me alot of money same day but they worked with me that could fit my budget.

I was hesitant to come to this dealership seeing the mixed reviews. However, my experience was great! My sales person Karim provided me with a great deal on a 2013 camero. I didn't feel pressured what so ever. He just recommended cars from what i described.

I purchased my vehicle 7 months ago. I financed it so I have payments to make. About a month ago the engine blew up. When that happened I was so frustrated. I now have to make payments on a vehicle sitting in my driveway. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They sell cars like other dealerships but not good ones and very unorganized. Now that I'm in this situation I've had the biggest headache of my life. All while working 50-60 hours and going to school I have to figure out how to get around. Uber helps but adds up and I'm thankful to at least borrow a vehicle for a few days from someone. BUT I'M EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH THE DEALER. Worst vehicle purchase ever.

I emailed them about 2006 Mercedes-Benz ML 500. They got back to within minutes, I scheduled an appointment came in and test drove the car. I loved it so I ended up buying it and this all took two hours collectively, the smoothest purchase I've encountered. I really appreciate their business and I plan on purchasing more from them in the future! Thank you again Zone Motors Chicago!!

I went in to buy a car for my daughter, a car that was advertised on their website for $ 4,950.00, was a 2003 Lincoln LS, 98000 miles, very nice car, test drive was ok. I was dealing with a guy named Karim. Until that moment everything was OK. I made the offer to buy the car the and I fill up an credit application, I was confident because my credit score is over 720 and putting $2,000.00 down payment. Another guy come from the back office and ask me, first why I wanted to buy that car and second ask me if my social security card was legal. I told him tht yes my SS card was legal and Im an american citizen. Also I want to buy the car because it was for sale and I like the car, so I ask him again what are the reasons for his questions. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALL DEALERSHIP. He told me that He cannot find a finance company to finance the car because was to old ( 2003)???, but they have a 2010 hunday sonata for $ 7000.00 that can be financed very easy with a 7% interest rate. I told him I was not interested in that car, but they keep pushing very agressive to make the deal in that car. I have to walk away from that place and go home. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALL DEALERSHIP. As soon as I get home I went to CARFAX and I found out that the Hunday is been involved in 4 different accidents and have severe structural damage you can see it on their website, 2010 HYUNDAI SONATA VIN #: 5NPEU4AC0AH635668. The following day I received a notification from Trustid a credit report alert They run my credit report 3 times. getting my score down 12 points. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALL DEALERSHIP. First.- they try to sell me a LEMON, not that car that I want. Second.- Because my looks they assume I was a ilegal alien. Third.- They screw my credit score running 3 times my report .
