Zone Motors

This place has to be the absolute worst. First off they list a car for sale that even buy. The guy says we took the car in on trade, but I'm not sure when we can sale it. They put 25 dam pictures with a price and everything, yet the car isn't for sale.

During my visit the customer service was pretty good. But after actually driving a car I was looking at they tried to act like nothing was wrong with the car. I understand the hustle but truthfullness will go a long way .

This Dealership is great and I would recommend it to my Friends and family. My salesmans name was Gabriel. He had great knowledge of the cars on the lot. Not an overaggresive salesman at all. Made me comfterbale the whole time. The Manager of the dealership worked with me to get a great car within my budget. They also have a great mechanic onsight to take care of any issues quickly. I am very pleased with the service and friendliness of this dealer.

I was searching for a quality used car for a good price after 2 months searching all the online sites I came across a 2010 Range Rover that was listed on zone motors chicago's site. I was kinda of hesitant but decided to check them out. Their facility was very impressive and staff were very friendly. I was kinda discouraged from the whole "warehouse dealership" thing but not anymore. After browsing there inventory in a comfortable warehouse space with plenty of light air I was like a kid in a candy store. The manager is extremely knowledgeable about cars and was surprisingly honest when it came to a car that would run forever like I wanted. I ended up purchasing a c-class Mercedes that I'm totally in love with. I would definitely recommend the guys over at zone motors. Thumbs up for bringing honest with me greatly appreciate it.

Recently purchased a Land Rover from these guys and it was a comfortable process took a little longer then I expected but got a good monthly payment that fit my budget. I was in the market for a good used car. After numerous visits to car lots i came to zone motors in Addison, Il I wish this was my first stop. I was welcomed from the moment I walked in and didn't feel like a was being presured to purchase a car like the previous dealerships I visited. I was helped by Ray he was very nice and patient With me as I don't know about any mechanicals with cars. I asked a hundred questions about the car and he answered all of them with a smile. I ended up buying a 2011 Audi A8 L which is my dream car and I'm glad I came to zone motors. Car shopping can be a nightmare depending on where you shop. But thanks to the guys at zone motors...
