Outstanding experience buying a new vehicle from top to bottom. Excellent customer service from salesmen who understood our needs and worked to find a vehicle that was a good fit. No pressure but plenty of questions from them to help determine what we needed and what would work in our price range. Have bought plenty of pickups over the last 40 years and this dealership hit the top bar in every regard.

I get exceptional service T Toyota of Santa Fe. I am always reminded when service is needed and all I need to do to schedule it is to call my (it feel like my very own) service representative, Roger Mendiola. He sets me up right away. When I arrive he seems to even know who I am though he hasn't seen me in months. He explains the service, what the cost is likely to be and gives me the ladies day discount. That's what I call service. Then while I'm waiting, I get a text and video from the service technician working on my car. This video shows me exactly what they have checked on my car, what needs to be monitored appreciation for having my car serviced at the dealership. I can't imagine not owning a Toyota!

Fast, easy, thorough service. Undercarriage of car was damaged after running over object at highway speed. Santa Fe Toyota Service Dept. was thoughtful and efficient in getting me back on the road.
