This dealership use to be pretty good with both customer

This dealership use to be pretty good with both customer service and vehicle service. The past two times of having our vehicles serviced there, our vehicles have come out of the shop worse than what they went in. Now the dealership is saying we have to pay for the part they messed up on one of our vehicles because the technician didn’t do their job correctly. We’re now having to take our other vehicle back because the tire rotation and alignment is causing the vehicle to shake really bad. Our service advisor has tried to work things out and be helpful, but the entire service team has been a letdown.

Had a mixed experience purchasing a new vehicle at Santa

Had a mixed experience purchasing a new vehicle at Santa Fe Toyota. I'm not a fan of the Toyota TRSP or exaggerated doc fees. My expectation is to buy at MSRP. Spoke with the manager and will hopefully be able to make a second purchase at a fair value.

I understand people have bad days and I didn't take Noure's unprofessionalism personal, Raul did salvage the near botched sale. However, I still feel TRSP add-ons should be optional. They're listed as options on Toyota's website, but clearly are not "optional" when purchasing. It would be nice to purchase another Rav4 in Santa Fe, and possibly a truck in the near future. If you're willing to rectify the situation professionally and financially please take this opportunity to do so.

Smooth Fast Affordable replacement of my rear wiper blade ! And I also had the tires filled with air. It was very easy and stress free. Thank you.

Repairs were extremely overpriced.

Repairs were extremely overpriced. They wanted $190 to replace the cabin air filter. Their Tech was very kind and showed me how to access the filter and I got a new filter for $10 from amazon. That is just an obscene markup. If they had offered me the filter change for even $50 I probably would have done it, but $200 for a $10 part and literally 2 minutes of work? That is just absurd.

I took my Toyota Corolla to this dealership on June 26,

I took my Toyota Corolla to this dealership on June 26, 2025 for an oil change/servicing/ inspection. Everything was completed in just about an hour. Daniel Guerrero ( the Service Advisor) was very pleasant, professional, and helpful to us that day. He made some important repair recommendations to us, and explained them in great detail. He also gave us some price estimates. We appreciate the great service-- thank you!
