Woke up to a dead battery!

Woke up to a dead battery! I called Toyota SF and was sent to the express service. I got there and was greeted by a very friendly staff and was waited on in minutes. Needless to say I needed a new battery. It was lunch time but my battery was installed in less than 1 hour and my tires inspected! The mgr Jennifer was super accomdating and very friendly, the place is very efficient and clean. 10 out of 10!!

I went in for major routine maintenance on my car and

I went in for major routine maintenance on my car and also had the front ball joints replaced. The original time estimate was at least 4 hours. The work was actually completed in less than 3 hours after the person managing the work reassigned additional people to help. The car is performing much better now. I was kept well informed on the status of the work. It was a very pleasant experience.
