This dealership is running a bait and switch. They advertise a car online at a good price and when you contact them oh it's suddenly sold but let's help you find another. So I contacted them again a couple days later under a different name and they still have the car for sale. I will be contacting the ftc and any agencies with all my correspondence with them. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

We test drove a 2012 Nissan Pathfinder on Friday, they fixed a couple of things on Monday and we picked the car up on Tuesday. Overall, an outstanding experience. I took my truck here over 1 month ago they told me it would cost 1400 to fix it and 8.5 hrs . Once I tell them I have a extended warranty the first guy say oh well I will have to file it and that he would get back to me . 2 days pasted nothing . So I call and this person couldn't be reached. So then my wife goes on her day off and the next guys gets the paper work and files it . This is on a Friday and was told parts should be there Monday or Tuesday. Another week goes by and nothing. So I told myself maybe shipping delays . Nope that's not the cause the vct solenoid are there and they are now saying it will be the end of month 2 before they can fix my truck . Not acceptable so my next step is to call my extended warranty company to let them know what's going on . It's a good thing I can't find a number to the corporate office. Friendship ford of lenoir service you suck xxx at customer service .

Meet with them we agreed on deal then next day they tell me that I would have to add 2500 more dollars that the deal we made the day before was no good because I wanted to pay cash and they wanted me to fiance with ford credit this was a real let down for me and my family when we left that Friday we shook hands and was coming back Monday after we went by bank to get the money then got a call Saturday morning that the deal we had was no go hope no one else has to go thru this with this dealer hope they can learn from this and can treat people fairly

We drove 2 hours to Friendship Ford of Lenoir for a truck we saw online not knowing what to expect from the staff. They were phenomenal. The atmosphere was very comfortable and they exude the friendship and caring mentality in all staff. Jonathan Williams went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted. He put us at ease from the moment we stepped on the lot. He was knowledgeable about the truck and was able to answer all of our questions. He was personable and made sure we were comfortable with every step. I cannot say enough good things about Jonathan or the dealership. It was the most pleasant experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle. It was worth the drive! Their price was thousands below Kelley Blue Book and they gave me a fair deal on my trade.
