great service ans customer service. i went in your a warranty on my radiator. service tech was very nice and professional. they ordered me and new part and recieve and install in two days.

Kingfordlincoln of Lenoir New Truck

I love this dealership. I was able to purchase a new truck. They worked with me. Jeremiah and Eric are great. I will tell my friends and family about this place. I will buy again and again from this dealership.

Smooth and efficient new car buying experience

I was searching for a leftover 2017 F150 King Ranch and found exactly what I was looking for on-line. I submitted an inquiry and Nate contacted me as soon as the dealership opened the next day. Within 2 hours I had all of the information I needed including a quote for my trade-in and the deal was done. We took delivery of the truck yesterday and the paperwork process was a breeze as Nate was well prepared and efficient. The condition of the truck was spectacular as their detail person did a great job getting it ready (not always easy with a large black vehicle). We could tell the detail person took great pride in their work. I’ve purchased new Mercedes, BMWs and Porsches in the past and none of them were as well prepared as the King Ranch.

Very nice

Just came to look at cars. Seen a couple I like at the time left and came back. Could not get the one I wanted. But was shown another vehicle, took it for a drive and the rest is history

2016 Lincoln mkx

The service was very good! Pleasant staff and willing to explain everything they serviced. Needed new tires which they discussed with me and the type of tires they put on the car.

Everyone was helpful getting me in a new car.

Great to work with

Eric was great work with. I showed up on a Saturday to look at a Expedition, expecting I would have to come back Monday to purchase. However, Eric worked with me while I checked over the vehicle and I was able to drive away as a happy customer.
