I found a great F-150 and contacted the dealership. Adam Cisco replied almost instantly. He answered every question I had, sent a detailed video and Car Fax info, and sent instant replies even after hours. Although I did not buy the truck, he was the ideal rep and I really regretted not buying from him. I developed a real sense of trust, which is rare, and I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone. In fact, I’m telling my buddies about the truck and him. So thanks, Adam. Easiest vehicle purchase ever
Jonathan Williams made purchasing our new truck a breeze. He listened to our needs and wants and zeroed in on our FORD F150 King Ranch. He is pleasant not pushy and found what we wanted. Lost Customer
I was periodically having issues with my tailgate latch and had also heard strange drive train noises when in 4 wheel drive (warranty issue)so when I received a recall notice about a door handle issue I decided that it was time to get it all checked. I will admit that a family member warned about this dealership but due to time, I decided to give them a try. This turned out to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dealership! Over a 2 day period, I had to explain what I was experiencing with the vehicle 4 times (to the same person) and while doing so, I felt like I was getting coached that what I was hearing was probably something else and most likely not covered under warranty (SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RED FLAG). I was informed that the recall issue would only be checked or remedied if it was currently broken and since it was not at this time, there was nothing that they could do? I feel confident that the tailgate control was checked due to it is now completely inoperable! I finally decided to just take the truck someplace else so I went to pick it up. Upon arriving to the dealership, my King Ranch had a considerable amount of grass and dried mud inside the fender well and I was told that the "clunking metal on metal" sound I was hearing was most likely the tires rubbing and that they couldn't determine that anything was wrong. In short, I took in for 1 periodic issues, 1 warranty concern and 1 recall and the conclusion is that nothing was done about the recall or the warranty concern, the periodic problem was verified and made constant and I now need to wash my truck. To make things worse, I was charged over $100 for the "assessment". Needless to say, this will be the last time they see my truck!

Jordan Willard is a very friendly, personable and knowledgeable salesman. He patiently explained and demonstrated all of the features of the Ford F150 XLT that I was interested in, and answered all my questions. Everyone that I met at this dealership, including the detail guy, were very helpful. I am new to this area, and Jordan even gave me some great tips on places to eat!

Best car buying experience ever.
Called Julius Patterson about a 2018 F 150 I found online. Immediately knew the vehicle I was asking about. Sent me a text in a few minutes and I started texting pictures of my trade. Discussed payments and money down and rode down the next day. Full tank of gas, more on my trade, even bought us lunch. Slower paced dealer that makes you feel like a customer instead of cattle being rushed out the door. Highly RECOMMEND.

2017 ford shelby gt350r oil consumption test
Service and customer supports here is top notch. very knowledgeable technician. I trust them to work on my car. Brought my 2017 ford Shelby gt350r in for oil consumption test. After 3 weeks, I got my car back with new engine installed under warranty. I will be going back to install some new upgrades.
