Everything was great, I loved how they washed my car

Everything was great, I loved how they washed my car after my service appointment and Mike who drove the shuttle to take me home and pick me up was such a pleasure. I really enjoyed his company.

Caring, friendly, and efficient.

Caring, friendly, and efficient. They accommodated my arrivals and helped set up my new car. Tim is dedicated to the guests and an honest salesperson. Would buy from Tim again!

Hello Ms. Gablein, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share it with us. Our inspection mechanics follows the Pennsylvania state inspection guidelines very closely to ensure every vehicle meets the required safety standards. In this case, the inspection mechanic found excessive play at the wheel and measured it with a dial indicator to find it exceeded the .25" tolerance acceptable by Pennsylvania state. He identified this play was in the steering rack and therefore estimated replacing that component. We understand it can be frustrating to receive unexpected repair estimates, and we always strive to be as transparent and thorough as possible in our assessments as you saw during the video inspection that was sent to you. If you have any questions or would like to review the inspection findings with us, we’d be happy to go over them in more detail. I'm happy to offer to reinspect the vehicle with the work that was completed by another inspection mechanic and if I find that we were incorrect in our assessment, I'll refund your inspection fee you paid to our dealership.
