North Penn VW is great. I scheduled an appointment online. I had an extra update my car needed and they got it done without making me feel inconvenienced. Erin kept in touch with me via text during the appointment. My Atlas was ready when promised. Thank you Kenny and Erin for your professionalism, as always.

Easy going, as in easy to set up an appointment, with all questions asked answered. Great work performed. Car was aligned and inspected and diagnosed. Drove a smooth 5 hours straight twice this past weekend. Great mechanical service and customer service. Would highly recommend. My Car will be back every year, if not more cause it’s older and an Audi, so we know how that goes. But worth the affordable cost at North Penn VW.

Great dealership! (My 2nd purchase from them) Not your typical back and forth sales process . It’s been my experience that they give a fair price and they don’t pressure you to make the purchase . My sales person knew that I was looking at 2 other brands and comparing them to vw . He didn’t knock the other brands, he just let me make my own decision . Overall 5 stars :)

Everything was great, I loved how they washed my car after my service appointment and Mike who drove the shuttle to take me home and pick me up was such a pleasure. I really enjoyed his company.
