This is the only place we take our car for service

Easy to set an appointment online or by phone. Prompt, friendly service. Comfortable waiting lounge w snacks, TV and table spaces for computer use (internet slow sometimes...). Clear explanations of problems and solution options. Discount coupons applied. No complaints!

Had to have a recall addressed on my Impreza.

Had to have a recall addressed on my Impreza. There was no communication about when my car was ready and I had to call over a half dozen times because nobody in service was answering the phone or returning messages or texts. Would expect better considering the only reason I even had my car in that day was a recall issued by Subaru.

Best dealership in Fairfax

Farrish is a awesome dealership. They actually have parts and accessories in stock. I purchased seat protectors for my 2022 crosstrek and they had them that day. I had a damaged tire. Called other dealerships and told they would order them. Farrish had it in stock. And got me right in. Within 1 hr of calling I was on the road with a new tire. Service doesn't get better than that. And the staff in the parts, service and scheduling are so friendly and professional. Truly I am blessed to have a dealership like Farrish in the area.

I got both of my family's Subarus serviced at Farrish on consecutive days and it all went swimmingly. They have excellent customer service and are ready to take your car in and get it back to you quickly, serviced, and clean. Natasha was especially helpful and they are dog friendly too.

Three hours to determine nothing was wrong and charge a

Three hours to determine nothing was wrong and charge a whole lotta money for that. Great example of why the auto industry sucks. Only reason I chose the dealership was an extended warranty that was still good… and couldn’t be applied to ‘finding nothing wrong.’
