Overpriced for basic services. Pulled 4 wheels to do the State Insp and wanted $39 to rotate them. Outright gouging. Local garages charge nothing for that rotation with a State Insp. Smail gives free Insp but with the tire rotation charge and much higher cost for an oil change the final cost is higher. Not to mention over 2 hour wait for oil change and inspections. I’ve been going to Smail’s for almost 15 years. When I brought my Caddy in for the same type of service it was always done in 1 1/2 hours or less. I will price out the same service at Shorkey’s. I’m guessing it’s comparable so then I’ll stay with one of my local shops. Smail s has changed and it’s not for the better.
