Very nice staff, handled my car with care and in a timely

Very nice staff, handled my car with care and in a timely manner. Vehicle runs great and they are always successful in fixing whatever I need done to my vehicle.

Disappointed in service department.

Disappointed in service department. Deceptive which is unacceptable. One year old kia with 11,000 miles was failed on their “free” state inspection. He said I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire and it couldn’t pass inspection. He said I had to buy a tire at $278. I said no. I took it to local repair shop. The nail was in the tread! He patched it for $20 and did my state inspection since smail said I would have to pay for the inspection because I used up my free one. I’m done!

I visited for a voluntary recall of the headlight switch.

I visited for a voluntary recall of the headlight switch. From the apt setting with all communication reminders before I arrived were useful to me. Arrival to pickup was excellent. No waisted time or extra xx associated with this type of endeavor. I liked the video of my car inspection while they replaced the switch. I am an old mechanic who maintains our family autos so the information they provided was accurate. My Kia needs an oil and filter changes which has been on my to do list when the weather breaks. I was impressed with all I experienced from the Smail Kia Dealership.

I stopped by Smail Kia this week for new battery on my

I stopped by Smail Kia this week for new battery on my Sorento. It was an amazing experience again!! The advisor Bob Miner was very knowledgeable and the price was fair. I would highly recommend Smail Kia. I had a Great experience at Smail Kia with their service and sales department!!! 5 Stars!!! Just recently visited Smail Kia Service Dept and the Service Advisor Bob Miner is fantastic!!!!! Great Job!!!

This is my third Kia but I didn’t qualify for loyalty

This was my second time purchasing a new vehicle from

This was my second time purchasing a new vehicle from Smail Kia. I worked with Michael P. in sales and Rick in financing both times. I also worked with Rob J. this time around. It was a pleasure to work with all three. We were able to work out a great deal on my new vehicle, and the customer service was excellent. The environment was stress free. I look forward to working with all three in the future. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from Smail Kia.
