Had a horrible experience with the parts department and

Had a horrible experience with the parts department and wouldn't advise anyone give them their business...I bought a used Kia Rio at another dealership that only came with one key. I was told this is the only Kia dealership in the area that makes keys. Visit #1: I called ahead of time to have two keys made for a Kia Rio. I was told they could make the keys while I waited and it would take an hour. It took an hour but the keys didn't work. No big deal. Visit #2: I was asked to make another trip out the next day to try a new key. The second key still didn't work. They said they would order keys from Kia and asked me to come back a week later. Visit #3: Keys could open the doors but still wouldn't turn the car on. Up until this point the person I worked with was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman today was the opposite of friendly and help and was actually borderline rude. He basically said there was nothing he could do and offered no solution. I called Germain Beavercreek service and they said the keys need programmed. They took it upon themselves (even though it wasn't their fault) to even do it at a discount because I was so frustrated. Why wouldn't Matt Castrucci Kia know they needed to program the keys after THREE VISITS? Very unprofessional.

0/5 review. I was in a fender bender that wasn’t my fault and the only damage done was to the back bumper and the driver side panel that then needed a new part and calibration. They were “waiting on parts” and promised me that they would call me when the parts arrived at the dealership. They arrived and didn’t call and I only found this information out because I called them to ask on the status. Only take your car to be fixed at Matt Castrucci Kia’s repair shop if you would like 0 communication on your vehicle no updates and when they say they are going to call don’t believe them. I dropped my vehicle off and they said it would be done in 4 days, 2 weeks later I finally get my car back without getting the paperwork to go with it because “the printer was broken”. I told them I would wait there until it printed. Since it was 6pm they were closing and pretty much kicked me out and told me they would mail me the paperwork. When I said I didn’t trust them they told me I didn’t need to have an attitude and she “was just grateful the car didn’t take longer”. The only good thing is it seems that the staff can’t communicate with each other as well. When I asked if the one part was calibrated when picking up my vehicle the response was oh idk? Every time I called they were unsure of the status of my car, said they would call me back with an update but guess what? Still no update or returned phone call. The one time they did call they called the wrong number and spoke to my husband. I am highly disappointed with the repair, when I got home I noticed that the new bumper they just put on has over spray paint on it. I have learned my lesson for the future to always get a rental car and to check reviews on the bodyshop before I trust my vehicle with people who really don’t seem to know much about cars. Truly a horrible experience and I don’t advise anyone to take there car to this shop. Honestly just listen to everything everyone says about Kia being unreliable. I now worry about my safety since I’m not really sure if the part was properly fixed and don’t have the paperwork to show for any of it. I truly hope you have a better experience!

I really didn’t expect him to help me out

Had my 2017 Kia Sportage serviced Darrick Bailey went above and beyond I was quoted $200 and bill was almost $400 He paid $100 towards my bill Awesome

Exceptional customer service in the service and pa

A great big shout out to Scott in the service and parts department. I went to get new tires at Sams Club, on my Kia and learned it had locknuts. I did not have a key, so I was not able to buy tires. I drove to Matt Castrucci’s and without an appointment went into parts and service area and Scott Was Johnny on the spot with having a technician remove the locks for me and then installed regular Lugnuts. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. Thank you very much service team and especially Scott.

Loving our Sweet Sportage!

We bought a really sweet Kia Sportage from Annas today. He was very knowledgeable about the SUV and was very patient explaining all the features. Annas and the gentleman in charge of financing were very personable. We would highly recommend them for your next car purchase.

Highly recommend

My husband and I were looking for a suv and this dealership had the one we wanted and the exact color Annos was very helpful with the process. Annos and Josh were very understanding on what we said we could afford and what we wanted we didn’t feel pressured into getting a car definitely recommend this dealership!

Great Sales, Great service people.

I cannot say how fantastic both the sales office and the service shop were to me. My salesman was Derrick B. In full disclosure, the problem I was having with my car was not a problem at all. The car was in perfect condition after service dept gave it a through check. It was all my error and operator (me) was the problem. I apologized for taking their time but they didn’t in anyway make me feel embarrassed.
