Customer service

Everything is great,if I didn't have to drive to the dealership to talk to people who make reservations for customer service. Coupons would be appreciated

Beware of bad service.

They just don’t care about customer service. Didn’t check with warranty because they didn’t have enough time. Go to a dealership willing to do the job and not waste your whole day.

Routine service visit.

The entire service department, in general; and, Bob Palmer, in particular deserve high praise and sincere gratitude for their efforts. This retired educator rates it A+!!!

Happy Customer

Glen was probably the best car salesman I've experienced. He was very helpful. He took the time to explain EVERY feature the Sportage has, even though we've had another Sportage our previous dealer (Butler) didn't explain anything. I did appreciate his time and knowledge. I do not understand why I have to submit my e.mail address just to complete this survey. DO NOT PUT ME ON ANY MAILINGS

Was shopping for an Optima.

Josh Stratton ultimately worked out a satisfactory deal on an Optima. I would certainly recommend the dealership and Josh to my friends and to my family.

KIA Optima Sport

It's a car dealership. They were helpful, but in the end they are trying to make money. I understand that, just wish everything would be up front instead of putting "deals" out there that wind up not being what they seem.
