Customer Service

We came in looking for a car for our daughter and Brandon made the process quick and easy. Honestly i thought it was going to take most of the day, but like i said it was quick and easy. Brandon was great!

They had the Telluride i was looking for. Brandon Wilson made my car buying experience fast and easy. He answered all my questions walked me through each step of the process.

Great dealership and great people

This is my second car i purchased from Matt Castrucci Kia. Brandon was a wonderful sales person and was very patient with me. I bought my first car from Josh, and he helped me this time as well. I always have a great experience and great customer service.

Great Experience

I have had a great experience every time at this dealership. I have bought two cars from Brandon and he has been great both times. The management and finance manager is easy to deal with. would 100% recommend this dealership.

Best car buying experience I've ever had

Jeff is awesome, everyone was very helpful. No pressure and took extra time to explain things to me thankyou (I am technology challenged) I found the perfect new car and appreciate all the help I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Jeff.

Solving my key issue......

New car buying experience

Lena was great and knew everything about the car, went over all the features, made sure it was all ready to go when the purchase was final. Made time to make sure I didn’t need help and also contacted after to make sure I didn’t have questions after a few days of owning the car.

Everything is great,if I didn't have to drive to the dealership to talk to people who make reservations for customer service. Coupons would be appreciated

Beware of bad service.

They just don’t care about customer service. Didn’t check with warranty because they didn’t have enough time. Go to a dealership willing to do the job and not waste your whole day.
