Absolutely excellent!

Extremely knowledgeable! Tom was super helpful and immediately answered any question we had! He showed us every car we asked about without hesitation! He did not try to push us toward one car or another, he showed us every difference in each car or how one car had a better option than another we were looking at! He made this experience really easy going and fun! We are extremely happy with our purchase and will always recommend him and Matt Castrucci to others! We will definitely return for any future purchases!

Great experience

I came to this location b cause a friend referred me. I spoke and felt with Josh and by far the best experience I've had. I'm from out of state and I have been looking for awhile. I had visited other dealerships that day and they treated me like a sale vs an actual person. Josh talked to me like a person and I may have paid a little more than I was originally wanting to but they took care of me. The entire process was about as painless as it could have been. He worked with my issues and got me a xxxx of a deal. I ended up walking out paying the same as what I did with my old car and couldn't be happier with the purchase. I know people from the Dayton area and will definitely recommend people to him. Great buying experience overall.

True Customer Service

Josh is not only a great salesman, but an amazing customer service agent! He worked through our dilemma and was able to present us with a few solutions. At every turn, Josh was always looking out for our best interest. We couldn't have had a smoother transaction. We will definitely be back to purchase another Kia from him in the future.

Great experience
