GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We saw the car online and we came to the shop to check it out. We were helped immediately and then moved on to purchasing our new car. We moved through the process fast and we are happy with our new car.

Update: If i could leave negative stars i would. This was my first car buying experience and my first mistake was buying out of state. My second was trusting the sales guys here. This car was listed as a smoke free vehicle in the listing on the website. I asked all the proper questions. I asked if it had both keys. they said it had one. I asked the condition of the tires and word for word from the text message " Tires Brand new. Almost brand new." The video of the vehicle described it as very clean inside. Outside of the vehicle described and shown as in perfect condition no out of the ordinary scratches, no real scratches. Well upon arrival as you open the door you get smacked in the face with tobacco smell. The whole car was filthy. You could feel the grime on the whole inside. The car smelled like an ash tray. There was not even enough gas in the car to make it a mile and a half to the nearest gas station. The roof had two giant gashes on it along with one above the driver side door and the back window had scratches. Tires were anything but new. Two had flat spots and beyond the wear level. The other two had nails in them. The one key was actually just a key Fob. Missing the actual key to the vehicle. No way to lock the glove box or get into the car if the Fob died. No car manual. No spare tire. The real shocks are going bad. For a car with only 30,000 miles on it, the amount of issues already is alarming. I immediately contacted the sales guy and told him about all of these issues. He refunded me a mere $100 towards the detailing and key.... The removal of the smoke was $200 alone. The key ford quoted at $200. While the $100 was appreciated it did not even begin to cover the car problems i got stuck with. The amount of money i had to pour into this vehicle, i could have got a year newer in state. The car sales guy Eric said they dont guarantee new tires and that since i didnt list issues on the transport sheet i am out of luck. This was my first car purchase and car transport. I was told to sign the sheet and hand them a check. I was not advised of all these other issues. Honestly avoid at all costs. I posted this two weeks ago and zero contact was made. No contact was made when i purchased the car and listed all the issues i had with it. They simply only contacted to get payment of taxes. THIS DEALERSHIP DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ONLY THE MONEY. They are liars! do yourself a big favor and go to a real dealership.

I wish there was a 10 star option for AX Auto. My wife and I drove from chattanooga, TN. We spend 2 days in Atlanta looking at 7 minivans, the second day we found AX Auto. We came knowing what we wanted and unlike other dealers they didn’t try to push into something more expensive or different than we had asked. Eric our salesman was both patient and considerate of our every request. He and his manager respected our wishes to think it over and 3 hours later we were able to drive off with a beautiful ( new to us) 2014 Honda Odyssey!!!

I saw a BMW online and thought it looked very nice in the pictures and I was able to review the Carfax before making a decision to see it up close. Luckily I was driving from Louisiana on the way back home to North Carolina so I had a chance to stop in. I called a couple of times to confirm the vehicle was there and it was. After establishing the time they would be in I made sure to be there when they opened to ensure the vehicle didn't get away. I had already done my research and knew the price was very good. On my arrival I told them who I was and they immediately took me to the car. I was impressed with the inventory of high end cars and other vehicles inside one building. All of the vehicles were clean as well as the warehouse. They were able to move the car out for my inspection and answered all my questions. No pressure no questioning me except for asking if I wanted to test drive it. After driving I came back to the office and was asked if I liked it. The car checked out great so of course I did. We looked at the Carfax again was told let me know what you want to do. Again no pressure. I decided to buy and everything was explained to me. They even agreed to ship the car to me in NC which made it easier for me. I stayed in contact the whole time via text all the way to registering in NC. They really took care of me and actually overpaid taxes to DMV and when I brought that to their attention the check for the correct amount was mailed same day. No issues great experience. Highly recommended.

I drove down from NC and purchased a car from AX. Karen had everything ready to go once I arrived and made the process smooth. They take extra measures to ensure that I felt safe purchasing a rebuilt titled car. I would recommend.
