We've purchased cars from many dealership in the past. Ax Auto was an unexpected pleasure to deal with. Karen (the receptionist) was polite, helpful and informative. Adam and Abrar (the brothers that own Ax Auto), were upfront and honest answering any and all questions about the cars we were interested in. Car prices were more than fair and there were no hidden surprise charges. The purchase was quick and easy. Ax Auto took care of everything, including registration, title, temp plates, insurance, warranty and financing. After the purchase, they delivered the car to our home (over an hour away). We received a follow-up phone call to make sure everything was fine. They quickly addressed any questions or issues we had and we're always available to talk or help. All things considered, this was the best car buying experience we've ever had, from start to finish.

Called in for a Maserati Ghibli they were the cheapest and I was from Ohio they facetime the vehicle to me everything was great about the process showed me everything, Paperwork was a breeze and even receiving the car. Called them on a Tuesday morning and the vehicle arrived to me on Saturday. Car was exactly the way the showed it to me and talked about over the phone me hard to find people as honest as them.

She introduced us to her manager Abrar and he was even nicer than Karen. They worked with us, and got us the best car at the best price, and now were extremely happy. I recommend them because we all need people we can trust and at AX, you can trust that they will get you in the right car for you.

My wife and I had the greatest experience during the entire process. Normally purchasing a vehicle can be a bit stressful at times but AX Auto took all the stress out of the process. It began with the pleasant greeting from receptionist on the show room floor, all the way until my wife and I closed the deal. Abrar took us from greeting through a list of options and didn't settle until he got my wife and I the best interest rate I have ever had in my life. Abrar also cared enough not to keep hitting my credit score with all the finance companies but change direction to go outside of the box to close the deal. Only someone with experience and empecable knowledge could have pulled this off. We are extremely happy with our purchase.

It was a total pleasure buying from Abrar and Aisha. Aisha was very helpful and informative and Abrar knows his away around the complications of financing. He was super helpful and his integrity is unmatched.. I bought a Lexus LS 460 and I'm totally satisfied. Even with the amount of negative equity on my trade in, he still made it work. I will definitely buy here again! Take in consideration these are used vehicles and nothing is perfect in this world.

STEER CLEAR OF AX Auto! They sold us a 'like new' car, hiding the fact that it had actually been in a massive front end collision. They had to have known about because it was obvious to the trained eye (but not ours). It cost us thousands to repair and devalued the car tremendously. AX Auto wouldn't even respond to our emails or calls. Don't let this happen to you - there's no integrity here - they're just out to make a fast buck. Don't trust a word they say.
