I brought my 2020 Cadillac XT6 in for service because of

I brought my 2020 Cadillac XT6 in for service because of a steering assist reduced warning message. I was hesitant because normally I do not have dealers do service on my vehicles. Boy was I surprised to get the service that I did. Everyone else was quoting 2 weeks to a month and a half before they could even look at it. I brought it in and Tim told me it would be one to two days for a diagnosis. When I arrived Levi was the service rep that assisted me. He was polite and professional. He told me he would call me and let me know what they find within a day or two. He called me the next day around noon and told me the repair was completed and I could come pick up my vehicle. I never expected to get the vehicle back the next day. I will definitely allow them to service my vehicle again based on this experience. Another great plus, the repair was covered under the powertrain warranty. When I went to get the vehicle it was washed and ready for me to pick up. Only negative was it seemed they were stretched a little thin when I first called. It was a little difficult to get to talk to someone. Had to leave message and wait for call back. Other than that I will definitely try them again when service needs arrive. However, this is my 3rd Cadillac and other than oil changes and regular maintenance we have never had a problem. Waiting now to look at a vehicle coming in September. Possibly it will be my 4th. Thanks Garcia Cadillac for a great experience.

I had reservation about purchasing another vehicle from Garcia because of several bad experiences with the service department. When I stopped by the dealership, I met Jake Hermann. I told him I was interested in an XT4 and shared my concerns about the service department. He apologized and said if I had any issues in the future to give him a call and he would handle it personally. Jake was a joy to work with. I ended up buying an XT4 from him. My only complaint is that I was disappointed with the value of my trade in. Edmunds and other sites were giving me $3-$4K more than what I received.

Jusrt recently purchased a Cadillac Certified

Jusrt recently purchased a Cadillac Certified Previously Owned 2020 XT5. Jake was extremely helpful and courtious through out the entire process. From our initial meeting through to the delivery Jake was there to help. He has taken the time to set up any follow-on activites that were required and spent a significant amount of time answering my questions about the vehicle functions at dekivery. I LOVE LOVE Jacob.

Scheduled a parts recall installment. Dropped car off only to have them call and say my parts ordered were used on another car. No apology just 'we have the parts on order to reschedule w you'. And the dealership has no loaner cars so I'm stuck without a car. A terrible experience of carelessness and callousness. 😡
