Scheduled a parts recall installment. Dropped car off only to have them call and say my parts ordered were used on another car. No apology just 'we have the parts on order to reschedule w you'. And the dealership has no loaner cars so I'm stuck without a car. A terrible experience of carelessness and callousness. 😡

Jacob and his team are great to work with, my new Escalade came in a couple months early, they provided me great service and I enjoy doing business with this dealership for over 7 years. Jeff in the finance department was easy to work with, very detailed and not pushy about any coverage options, greatly appreciate this entire team.

Last year we paid a refundable pre-order deposit on a
Last year we paid a refundable pre-order deposit on a Cadillac Lyriq with Garcia Cadillac being the local dealership. Several weeks ago we decided to cancel our pre-order. We called Cadillac and they said that we needed to call the dealership to process our refund. We did and were told that we would be called soon to get our refund check. After a few weeks we started calling the dealership to follow-up. The person we need to talk to doesn't answer the phone and the voice mailbox is full. We call back and leave messages with others and no responds. We have called back to Cadillac and they say that they are working with Garcia Cadillac to process our refund and that it could take several weeks. This is a ripoff! How long does it take to make a computer entry? Garcia's is trying to keep people's money as long as possible. Not a way to cultivate future customers.

Salesman did not take the time to show me all the details
Salesman did not take the time to show me all the details of car, he was less than motivated and I waited about 3 hours before finally getting the rest of the paperwork done with the finance person who was very nice, however the sales team was very lackadaisically and sat there waiting around the dealership basically ignoring me a ms a paying customer.

I ordered my new Escalade build with Jake. Between him and Leo, they did their best to keep me updated on the progress. The purchase process was nicely streamlined. The customer service has been great. The facility it beautiful and clean! Overall great I had an experience.

I have a 2019 Cadillac XT4 that has 28k miles on it.
I have a 2019 Cadillac XT4 that has 28k miles on it. Cadillac says that have a 50k bumper to bumper warranty but the unhelpful service manager at Garcia Cadillac Tim Combs is unresponsive and unable to explain why flaking on a window pillar was supposedly denied by Cadillac and Cadillac is unwilling to send me the details of the claim. Tim blames the flaking due to going through the car wash. This vehicle has never been through a carwash, and has only been hand washed. Then it was the chemicals that were used to hand wash, that does not make since because the other 2 vehicles I own do not have this problem. The Cadillac warranty is worthless when the Cadillac dealership network is unwilling to facilitate. Goodbye Cadillac, I will sell this XT4 and never purchase another Cadillac.
