Great buying experience!

This was painless, honest, no pressure, customer-oriented, no pressure, very comfortable buying experience. Mo worked hard to get me where i wanted to be for a payment. I have a top of the line car that fits my budget, unbelievably. I expected to buy low to mid line, and came away with top of the line. I can't say enough about how pleased I am. I'll be back! Thank you Mo!

GREAT service and Salesman!

Ryan Korte was my salesman - right from the start, he put me at ease, talked to me like a friend, was so fun to work with! I traded in my 2012 KIA for a 2017 and got a great deal! Have been working with Tom Kadlec KIA since my 2012, and have always been impressed with the quality of service received. The service guys always vacuum and wash the car when they are done with service!! That is so appreciated.

Online info was helpful, but no reply

I got some help with their online website. I never got a call or email back though from someone at the dealership about the question I had. I left my email and phone number and asked for an email back. I never heard back from them. Lost customer.....who shares his stories with others....

the people were great and worked hard. we are very satisfied. we got an awesome deal and will refer everyone to buy a Kia. our next vehicle will be a kia

Great Professional Service

We went in and were quickly acknowledged and helped. Through previous emails, we were directed to the person we had already started talking with. He was knowledgeable and helpful and didn't try to push us into something we didn't want. The entire process from looking at different options and test driving as well as having our questions answered was very smooth. We felt appreciated as customers. Rated a 4 on "Buying Process" simply because of how long it took. Everything else was wonderful.

Poor customer service by the finance person. Made remarks like I don't trust him to the sales person.

Great friendly service and quality cars

I STRONGLY recommend Tom Kadlec Kia to anyone looking for a great car and exceptional customer service! Everyone there was very professional and informative in helping me find the perfect car. The staff made it a very fun and exciting process for me. Jeff took the time to make sure I completely understood all of the amazing features of my new car. Right vehicle at the right price. Negotiated well off the MSRP. Vehicle was detailed and ready to go. Can't beat 100,000 miles of warranty.

Great Service Staff

Friendly staff. Anthony did an excellent job. Was able to answer all my questions. Wasn't pushie on our making the decision to lease again or to buy our car out right. Just gave us all the pro's & cons. Would definitly deal with Tom Kadlec KIA again.

Leasing a new vehicle

Jamie made sure he understood what I was looking for in new car. He made the process easy and fairly quick. Chris was very helpful as well. Very smooth process from the start (online) to driving away from the dealership!
