We had a good experience at Kia. Jamie, Mark and Chris we very knowledgeable and helpful in our purchase of a new 2016 Sorrento. Excited to drive it out of the lot!

Yukon 2500

2500 Yukon XL. I found the vehicle online, dealt with Jamie over the phone. We exchanged texts about the vehicle I wanted to trade and arrived at a reasonable trade difference for both of us. Jamie was very friendly to deal with, the transaction went very smoothly once i arrived at the dealership.

Jeff Nelson helped us through the process of finding a replacement vehicle for our mini van. He was friendly, informative, helpful and VERY patient as we explored our options and made a decision. Smooth Sailing

From the online interest application to signing on the dotted line, my experience at Rochester Kia was superb. Our salesman, Jamie, was friendly, took time to explain both the purchasing and leasing options and showed us all the features of my future Kia Soul. Jake, our Finance agent, was very organized and knowledgeable about the different options available to me. I felt very comfortable financing through Kia. I am very glad I chose to come to Kia and will gladly refer friends and family to Rochester Kia in the future.
