Wouldn’t buy from them again to save my life.
Wouldn’t buy from them again to save my life. By far the worst bunch of crooks there is . I have seen some shady dealerships but never this bad . There customer service skills are horrible we bought a truck two weeks ago . Everything was online . They brought me my vehicle I purchased it was 2015 Toyota tundra 4x4 with 7 inch procomp suspension. When the transport company dropped it off . First thing we noticed was how dirty it was . They didn’t even care to wash it the bed was full of trash the floor mats were caked with dirt smelled heavily of cigarettes . My husband smokes and he smelled it . We took it for a ride well that’s where we noticed that the alignment was bad it shimmy and shakes so bad rattles sounds like it’s about to fall apart well maybe because all the shocks are completely blown out a couple of them don’t even have bushings in them there so worn the tire rods are busted there rust really bad underneath the tires are bald unevenly word . It’s so unsafe to drive we drove it around the block and that’s it. We just spent over 30 k on something that needs work and we can’t even drive . Well that’s not it the coolant was overfilled weird the oil wasn’t even changed it’s black . The truck had an extra 1,000 miles on it then what we thought . They had a previous tag on the tail gate taped to it and when we removed it off came some paint the windshield had black tape on it I guess they replaced the windshield recently and forgot to take the tape off . They won’t return emails, calls, or text . I would stay far. Away from these con artist . How they are in buisness beats me .

Buyer beware of this crooked dealership .
Buyer beware of this crooked dealership . There vehicles are junk . We bought a 2015 Toyota Tundra two weeks ago . We did everything online and the delivered it to our door step . With a bed full of trash . That’s just for starters . The truck was half clean the seats were exceptionally clean like they were brand new floors mats were filthy . The inside smelled heavily of cigarette smoke . We took it for a drive after they dropped it off and far as we could go safely was around the block it was banging clacking and all over the road . The shocks are blown completely out there isn’t even a bushing in one of them there so bad . The tire rods are busted the tires are severely out of balance and it needs an alignment. It shakes so bad over 20 mph the transmission shutters between each gears . The tires are also evenly wore and bald. The oil was definitely not changed it was very black . The coolant however was over filled .was supposed to have 104 k when we got it had 106k .we haven’t been able to even enjoy our truck because we have to get it repaired first due to not being safe to drive . They won’t return calls, text , or emails about these issues . I did get one email stating it was not there’s and contact the bank we used to finance the truck with . Excuse me aren’t these things that should be fixed by you the dealership that we bought from. I would think they would notice these issues since someone drove it apparently anout a 1,000 miles . Just beware of this dealership. It’s costing us about 1500 /2000 to fix a vehicle we just purchased before it’s drivable . This is unacceptable in my books .

Run dont walk away from this dealership.
Run dont walk away from this dealership.. how they have 4.4 star reviews seems awfully deceptive. Buying a used truck from them was a nightmare. As soon as we got home our truck was leaking oil all over our driveway. We had a mechanic inspect the problem and he said yep they sold you a damaged car and they slapped on cheap band aid to hide the problem he even said they sprayed on a ton of degreaser around the oil leak to deceive anyone looking at this car. On our drive home we found our parking sensors are broken it has over 10 codes thrown and our cruise control does not work on top of that after having this truck for less than a month we had to replace both batteries. Doing business with this dealership costed us thousands of dollars in extra repairs. But I sincerely hope this review makes anyone who reads this run to another dealership. I want Wells Auto Group to lose an untold amount of money for screwing us over.

There is only one way to describe my experience at Wells
There is only one way to describe my experience at Wells Auto Group: xxxx on earth. While that may sound harsh, let me explain. I went in looking to test drive a 2016 Ford Escape. When I arrived, I was greeted by Josh, who was wonderful throughout our interaction. He helped us test drive the car, and after some questions, we decided we liked it and wanted to purchase it. That's when we met Adel, the finance person who would help us with our purchase. Our initial interaction was pleasant enough, and we discussed and confirmed the pick-up time and date. We came in on Monday at our scheduled pick-up time to find the car was not ready. Despite promising us the car would be ready, we learned it had not even been inspected, even though they told us it had. We assumed there was no issue. WRONG. The car came back with a failed inspection. They asked if we could come another day, but as we had told multiple staff members, the only reason we made the deal was that we needed to pick it up that day to move to Colorado. At this point, we asked to speak to Adel again to figure out what happened. He proceeded to not come out for 2.5 hours while we waited for them to figure out what was wrong with the car. My father, who has a hearing impairment, went back to his room and sternly asked where the car was and why Adel was hiding from us. In response, Adel told us to GO TO xxxx and THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE. This was directed at a 22-year-old girl and a man with a hearing impairment who did not threaten any violence. How is he still employed there? Ask the service manager we complained to. If that wasn't enough, the service manager then told us the car would not be ready until the next day. This was not the deal we agreed upon, but they had already taken the title of the car we traded in, so we saw no other way to complete the transaction and get to Colorado. The next day, we came to pick up the car, and they ended up pushing back the pick-up time from 11 AM to closer to 3 PM because of how long the repair and remaining paperwork took, despite being clear that the job needed to be done before 11 AM because we had a 13-hour drive left that day. Due to all the delays, we got to Colorado at 3 AM, 4 AM Texas time, and I had to start work the next day at 9 AM. When picking up the car, Adel came up to me to apologize. However, in his apology, he argued with me about whether or not my dad was in the wrong. This did not seem very sincere to me. Once again, how is he still employed? On our way up to Colorado, our engine light came on. Why? Because they never actually fixed the part that caused the check engine light. I called the next day to figure out what part they replaced, and it took them 24 hours to get an answer. Why were we not notified of the part at the time of sale on paper? Why was it not in the notes on our chart? Why did it take 24 hours to get a response? Because they never fixed the root issue of the engine light that caused the car to fail inspection. Finally, Shaun, the sales manager, got involved. Shaun and Josh were the only two people in the place who seemed competent and helpful, so thank you to them both. Shaun worked with a local shop to cover the cost of repairs, but only after I had to fill him in on all the other issues we had because no one had notified him! The other issue that still remains is the promise that the car has working CarPlay. SHOCKER, it doesn't. Also, I flagged to them that the backup camera was working intermittently, and they told me it worked fine. No shocker, it now turns on intermittently upside down with lines through the screen. Needless to say, this place is closer to xxxx on earth than a car dealership, and that's saying something. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life. To say car dealerships stink is but this place takes that definition to a whole new level. The only person I want to talk to at this place is the owner.

We had an excellent experience with Wells Auto Group.
We had an excellent experience with Wells Auto Group. Our salesperson, Artie, was helpful, straight forward and honest. The negotiation on price was upfront and friendly, and we believe we got a good, fair price on our new vehicle and trade-in value on our trade vehicle. Kudos also to Dale in the Finance Department, who was extremely patient and helpful. I drove 9.5 hours to execute the trade and pick-up, and it was easy and seamless. Great work Artie, Dale and everyone at Wells Auto Group who made this a really good experience.

Good luck talking to manager after they get your money.
Good luck talking to manager after they get your money. Bought a truck less than three months ago. Since then have spent $1000 on an airbag clockspring and now and having issues with the transmission. Will have to replace either the ECM or TCM not sure yet. Truck cannot be driven and the only thing they offered was a free diagnosis that they said would take 2-3 days. How am I supposed to get to work while they have the truck. Terrible customer service and a scam of a dealership. STAY AWAY!

If you need a manager good luck.
If you need a manager good luck. We bought a 2017 Ram Laramie 1500 4x4 from them 2 months ago. First red flag should have been when they brought the vehicle to me started and warmed up. ( I didn’t get a cold start) Truck ran great for the short test drive the salesman let me take( He told me where to go). Bought the truck and 2 weeks later I get a war lights one for gas cap other for the EVEP system leak. Changed gas cap with no change but with some research let me know I could fix it by changing a purge sensor.( no big deal.) 2 weeks before the 2 month period hit I am driving with my cruises in and my cruise kicks off, traction control light comes on and I get a message saying service electronic braking system. Spent days trying to talk to Manager (Leo) to get some help with no luck. (Would not return phone calls) Finally my salesman says I can drop it off and they will diagnose it for free, but it will take 2-3 days. Not what we were looking for since every mechanic I have talked with they probably just cleared the codes and sold me the truck.( that’s why the very short test drive) I took the truck to a shop (paid120.00) and they pulled over 30 codes off the truck. I asked how I was supposed to get back and forth ti work and he basically (salesman) not his problem. Tried for 4 more day to talk to manager but got sent straight to voice mail every time. Finally someone from service called me and said I could me and said to bring it in and they would diagnose it but at this point we don’t trust them to do the right thing. After taking to our shop the air bag clock spring had to be replaced for $1000.00. Now we are looking ar transmission issues less then 3 months after buying the truck. We had to have the truck delivered to us have way because my leg was broken so I could not drive. The sales man drove down toll road. And got us a toll ticket. Did not even tell us he did that. Would have been ok if he would have. When spoke with him on the phone he was so rude and disrespectful. And as for the manager Leo I may self left so many messages for him and could not call me back. I would not get a vehicle from them.
