Good luck talking to manager after they get your money.

Good luck talking to manager after they get your money. Bought a truck less than three months ago. Since then have spent $1000 on an airbag clockspring and now and having issues with the transmission. Will have to replace either the ECM or TCM not sure yet. Truck cannot be driven and the only thing they offered was a free diagnosis that they said would take 2-3 days. How am I supposed to get to work while they have the truck. Terrible customer service and a scam of a dealership. STAY AWAY!

If you need a manager good luck.

If you need a manager good luck. We bought a 2017 Ram Laramie 1500 4x4 from them 2 months ago. First red flag should have been when they brought the vehicle to me started and warmed up. ( I didn’t get a cold start) Truck ran great for the short test drive the salesman let me take( He told me where to go). Bought the truck and 2 weeks later I get a war lights one for gas cap other for the EVEP system leak. Changed gas cap with no change but with some research let me know I could fix it by changing a purge sensor.( no big deal.) 2 weeks before the 2 month period hit I am driving with my cruises in and my cruise kicks off, traction control light comes on and I get a message saying service electronic braking system. Spent days trying to talk to Manager (Leo) to get some help with no luck. (Would not return phone calls) Finally my salesman says I can drop it off and they will diagnose it for free, but it will take 2-3 days. Not what we were looking for since every mechanic I have talked with they probably just cleared the codes and sold me the truck.( that’s why the very short test drive) I took the truck to a shop (paid120.00) and they pulled over 30 codes off the truck. I asked how I was supposed to get back and forth ti work and he basically (salesman) not his problem. Tried for 4 more day to talk to manager but got sent straight to voice mail every time. Finally someone from service called me and said I could me and said to bring it in and they would diagnose it but at this point we don’t trust them to do the right thing. After taking to our shop the air bag clock spring had to be replaced for $1000.00. Now we are looking ar transmission issues less then 3 months after buying the truck. We had to have the truck delivered to us have way because my leg was broken so I could not drive. The sales man drove down toll road. And got us a toll ticket. Did not even tell us he did that. Would have been ok if he would have. When spoke with him on the phone he was so rude and disrespectful. And as for the manager Leo I may self left so many messages for him and could not call me back. I would not get a vehicle from them.

BUYER BEWARE.

BUYER BEWARE. You cannot trust these people. Do NOT believe a word they say regarding vehicle condition or any alleged vehicle inspection they claim to have done. Here is the horrible experience I have had. I live in Salina Kansas and had been looking for a good used truck locally for a couple of weeks unsuccessfully. So I decided to look online and saw that Sam's Club has an auto-buying program where I found a truck at Wells Auto Group in McKinney Texas. I called the dealership to enquire about the truck, its condition and terms. During these conversations, I told the salesperson that I was very nervous about purchasing a used vehicle without being able to drive it or have an independent mechanic do a pre-buy inspection. The salesperson informed me that more than 60% of their vehicle sales come from online buyers; and, for that reason they do a very thorough vehicle inspection before any vehicle is sold. I was assured that there were no mechanical problems with the vehicle. The salesperson (I believe he said his name was Nadar) even sent me a picture of an inspection that they had supposedly done on the vehicle as evidence of its good condition. There were many items in the inspection which included all the things you would expect in a vehicle pre-buy inspection. Nadar went over each item with me; and, made it sound as though they had gone over this truck with a fine-tooth comb and found no problems. Nadar spent considerable time and went to great length to assure me that every item on their inspection sheet had been inspected and was in good working order. I again voiced my concerns about wanting to have an inspection done, and again he assured me that there was no need. He even went so far as to tell me that he had personally driven the truck earlier that very day and that it was very nice and in great shape. He went so far as to say that it even smells like a new car. At this point I told him I was ready to move forward with the purchase of the truck. He then tried to tell me the best deal he could get me was $3000 more than the advertised price....... I sent a copy of their ad for the truck with the price and they begrudgingly came down on the price. When the truck finally got to me, I hopped in to take it for a spin, and immediately things went bad, first I found that as soon as the lights were turned on it blew fuses; then, as I attempted to back out of my driveway the front felt like it was hopping. I got it on the road and within a minute or so the check engine light came on and the engine felt like it was stumbling. I attempted to slowly make a left-hand turn and the truck started violently hopping; and, almost every warning came on, ABS, Traction control, service engine, stabilitrack, all came on. I pulled off the road because the truck was unsafe to drive and called the dealership (this was the first time I drove the truck). After much negotiation they agreed to cover the cost of repairs. If I would do the legwork to get a reasonable price. One dealership estimated the repair could easily cost more than $4000. After negotiating with several shops. I was able to get all of the repairs done for $1728.42. The repairs included 2 ball joints, a sway/stabilizer bar link kit, two control arms and ball joint assemblies, a stabilizer bar control link, an engine oil pressure switch requiring intake manifold removal, and $142 for the electrical diagnosis and repair so the lights would work, and a front end alignment. The receipts totaled $1728.39 and Wells Auto went back on their word and sent me a check for $422.42. How they arbitrarily came up with that amount I do not know. They said the remainder was normal wear and tear. I was told that I was purchasing a vehicle with no mechanical problems and this is what I got! I am contacting an attorneys to see if there are legal remedies.

Dealer response

Disappointing! All repairs that were agreed to be PAID, were in fact PAID. The vehicle had a check engine light come on and it was an engine oil pressure switch. We PAID for the part and the labor to complete the repair. Secondly, there was a small electrical issue that we AGREED to fix. We PAID for the electrical. The 2 ball joints, a sway/stabilizer bar link kit, two control arms and ball joint assemblies, a stabilizer bar control link was never discussed, nor AGREED, that any repairs would be completed. Mr. Ryan was very thoughtful as to the cost and helped insure that the repairs reasonable which is vey much appreciated. When you purchase a 2013 C1500 with 124.340 miles you CANNOT expect that the suspension is "like new". We price our vehicle accordingly to the market and condition. One might ask WHY would you purchase a vehicle hundreds of miles away.... PRICE. Our apologies that you feel the way you do but we have PAID everything that was ASKED and AGREED.

I had an amazing experience.

I had an amazing experience. They got me the lowest interest rate and had the cleanest inventory. My salesman was straightforward with me about everything.

Bad experience with this dealership, not honesty, they do

Bad experience with this dealership, not honesty, they do everything they can to make sure they sell, even though violating the motor vehicle rules, they sold me a car with temporary plates, with not inspection done, next day receive a call they ask me to take it for inspection, then the car did't pass inspection, now they dont want to be responsables for the window tint as is to dark to pass inspection, live in Houston, so they are avoiding my calls. 0% recommendation.

Listen, my buying experience from your entire team has but nothing short of a nightmare. I will never recommend any friends nor enemies to trade, buy or sale anything with you or your company. So you can keep any and every deals, options or ideas that comes with you or this company in the pit of xxxx poor service that you all have to yourselves. You all need some serious REtraining. Seriously this has been by far the worse car buying experience I’ve ever had! No stars all 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
