Tom Bush Mini

I have been working with Alison Arbuckle who has been my service advisor from day one when I brought my 2017 John Cooper Works Mini in for service. My initial service was, let's just say, a really huge work order with a lot of work getting done. Kaidden was the technician assigned to work on my Mini and I have been so pleased with the quality of his work that I have specifically requested that Kaidden is the only technician to work on my JCW going forward. My recent work order, which was also work intensive, required a new passenger door and paint to match the Melting Silver factory paint on my JCW and the work performed has been very satisfactory with very few minor items needing to be followed up on. Alison has always kept me up to date on work being done to my Mini and have been very easy to work with. My overall experience dealing with Tom Bush MINI have been a very positive one and I am hoping will continue to develop into a wonderful relationship similarly to what I have experienced with BMW of Warwick in Rhode Island with my 2004 M3. It is very hard to find a dealership with who you can trust your car completely with. I feel Tom Bush MINI is one of those dealerships based on my experiences so far. I just had my car inspected for an upcoming trip and as usual Tom Bush MINI did a great job! Forrest was very accommodating and kept me informed of what was going on with my car. Just completed the purchase of a 2025 JCW 2 Door Hardtop Mini Cooper. My salesman was Daniel and he was excellent. Daniel explained clearly all options, trim levels, and layout of the car. From placing the custom order through delivery on 22 March 2025, Daniel stayed in touch to keep me updated on vehicle production and shipping timelines. The entire process was easy. In mid January of 2025 we took delivery of our new Mini S 4 door hardtop JCW. We actually made the commitment to purchase in late December and waited for the initial shipment of this model to arrive. Our sales contact was Todd Thompson and we could not have been in better hands. He kept us informed at every step as the our vehicle made it through shipping and receiving. And, he provided the most indepth and comprehensive delivery I have ever had. Additionally the manager, Maria Clark, made the whole process simple and easy. We have had our car for two months now and could not be happier with our decision to move from our previous vehicle (Mercedes E350) to Mini. Not only does this vehicle perform above it's class but it is equipped with a technology package usually found on much more expensive luxury vehicles.
