Was able to get same day inspection. The sales advisor Dylan was excellent with reviewing vehicle history. It turned out my the anticipated service was under recall and the parts were able to be ordered from Germany the same day. Aside from the inspection the dealership offers a variety of accessories for your car and apparel for the true mini cooper lovers! Highly recommended the Jacksonville dealership location and I absolutely love my mini cooper!

In February of this year I had a fender bender after a large van backed into my car. I contacted Kristie at the service department at Tom bush mini. And that was all I needed. She took it from there. She ordered the parts had my auto picked up and returned it in top condition. I was and am down with bad case of Covid . No worries she did it all . I know bringing your auto in for what ever service you need is not fun, but I look forward to coming in each time the the professional attention you get is above anything I ever experienced. For the past 5 years I have patronized Tom Bush Mini (TBM) and I've received nothing but topnotch service on my 2018 countryman. On my most recent experience, I had an opportunity to work with Dylan. His knowledge and professionalism made my trip worthwhile. I sprang a major coolant leak and had my car towed in. Even with the backlog of the recent 2023 holiday season, the team was able to diagnose my car, repair it and get me back on the road in record time. I appreciate the sincerity, integrity, professionalism and caring environment I've always received there. I have always dreaded going to dealerships for service because I experienced nothing but stress. This is not the case with TBM. When I decide to buy my next Mini....this is the spot for me....

LOVE THIS PLACE. I’ve never visited a more helpful and nice people dealership in my life. My experience from start to end was amazing. Took my car for a multi inspection and repairs, they sent me a video after test driving it explaining all the issues that they found. They help me out deciding what was more important to take care at the moment and what could wait a little bit longer. Dylan was super explanatory and helpful every step of the way, he said it could take 2 weeks until everything was done in the car… well it took them 3 days!!! We went to Tom Bush Mini with high hopes of buying another Mini at a reasonable price. We worked with Todd Thompson and were very pleased. After looking at many models, new and used, we decided to go with a new Countryman. Todd was super helpful, courteous and VERY knowledgeable about the Mini lineup. We contacted the dealership prior to arriving and Todd was eager to reach out to us and provide us detailed videos of the Mini technological advances that have changed since our early 2000s Mini Cooper S. His expertise and knowledge, as well as us letting him know our preferences, helped us in making the decision we did. Would definitely recommend. Ask for Todd! You can’t go wrong.
