Loved Gustavo. Very courteous! The service was quick and well done! Only complaint they replaced the windshield and interior front floor had oak tree pollen and leaves all over!

Very Concerned Customer!!!!!

I have only had one experience with this dealership, and it will be my last. The sales and finance staff were friendly and good to work with, but I believe they were misinformed by their service department's review of the used 2009 Nissan Rogue that I purchased. Or they simply were hiding the true condition and just trying to move the car. I was provided a Carfax report which was clean, and it was said that the car passed the safety inspection that they run their cars through before selling them. Two weeks after I purchased the vehicle, I had it in the shop. New Tires (the tires had split down the sidewalls - all 4), the shop told me the discoloration in the rubber meant they were really old and that these should have been replaced before the car was sold as they were a safety hazard. Both front control arms, one tie-rod, and a CV axle with joint had to be replaced (the CV joint was so bad that the seals were actually leaking visibly and when the brakes were applied it actually moved the entire tire assembly which is usually solid and doesn't move). To which I also question... was this a safety concern. And why did the inspecting technician at Momentum BMW not actually see this.... or did they? Doesn't seem they even took the tires off the vehicle. All of this simply makes me wonder if they do this type of inspection on all of their used cars, and if so.... who else is out there riding in these so called safe cars as deemed by Momentum BMW. Had all of these issues been disclosed, I would not have purchased the car, but then again... the car should not have been for sale in the condition it was in. Even though it cost me.... I am just glad it was corrected before someone was hurt. Please be aware, and do not make the same mistake that I did.

Just a regular oil change on my new countryman

The cafe there was quite an amazing place to take a rest during waiting, if time's not the issue. Just had them did oil change and minor fixes per warranty on my countryman, things went smooth from appointment to job finished. However if you have one of your run-flat tire running flat, go check with Discount tire or Costco first, the invoice here in this place was quite expensive for replacing it, while you may get a easy tire patch for free at Discount tire.

Exceptional customer care at Momentum Mini

I had to take my Mini Cooper Convertible in to be serviced. I was able to get an appointment at a convenient time. Momentum Mini was holding one of their regular special events, and on my arrival at the dealership I was welcomed with a complimentary hot breakfast. A mechanic then went over the car with me, explaining point by point what things needed attention -- what things should be taken care of right away, and what things could be left for another time. In the end everything that needed to be done could be completed in a single visit. And since I was at the dealership for the entire morning, the staff gave me a voucher for a free lunch as well. The on-site restaurant is a very convenient and pleasant place in which to wait. Overall I was very satisfied with the customer service.

Pushy and final buying process was farcical!

The sales person we dealt with was very helpful and attentive. He continued to follow things up with us after we had purchased the car. Excellent service from him. The manager was extremely pushing, telling us that the other cars we were looking at were not worth it, then told us that someone else was coming to specifically look at the mini we were considering. She also informed us that the mini would be sold by the end of the day. We decided after we left, that that was the car for us, we returned and it took over 2 and a half hours to speak to a finance person. The finance person was not best pleased that I read everything he wanted me to sign.

Momentum Mini Service Department excellent

I am driving a Mini club(man), although I am a women. I bought my Mini at Momentum and have used their service department for 15 years (this is my second Mini Cooper in that time period. My new Service Manager, Ibis, is stunningly knowledgeable, soft spoken, good natured, and frequently checks on the progress in the shop. Cheers to this terrific team!
