Purchased and installed a new tire

I love working with Kris Landefeld, I prefer to work with female service advisors. I feel they can relate me and understand what is important to a busy working mother.

Not friendly

Matt Blevins my service adviser & the drive up person @ the service bay were the only nice people I encountered. No one said can I help you or good afternoon (nothing). The waiting room was cold, coffee was not fresh, etc.

Service repair at dealership

Walked in for service . Gustavo was very friendly , and informative about helping me get the best service . Also the waiting area was well organized and the food service was great along with the workers there

Please ask for Mikah if considering a purchase at Mimentum Mini. If not for her i might have walked due to unrealistic expectations of auto condition at lease end.
