run flat tires

Had flat on run fat tire Friday morning at the park and ride. Could not wait around for tow truck. Drove home and had them pick it up Saturday morning around 8:30am. Arrived at dealer, said they had no tires in stock, had to order but would not be until Monday. Car was not completed until Wednesday late afternoon. This was for a flat tire...unacceptable...

Don't do it! It will only lead to frustration!!!

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. D- with the BBB! Do NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE!!! They are incompetent, shady, and dishonest. They NEVER do complete and thorough work, and you can never get a straightforward answer.

“Top” Notch

Over all the service dept. at Momentum Mini is amazing. Kris is amazing and she continually make sure you are informed of the process and decisions to make sure your mini is always in top condition.

Very Disappointed

I have been a faithful customer for years, they even know me by name. It was great until, I took my car in for repairs, picked it up and the windshield was cracked. They admitted they it happened in their care, although they claimed that it was "an act of God" and not covered. I contacted, the service manager Winston Long, general manager John Sharp and even the Dealer Principle, Thomas Kuranoff (over both Mini and BMW) and the best they would offer is to split the charges to replace the windshield. I could not believe their LACK OF INTEGRITY!!!! If you break something that belongs to someone else, the less you can do is fix it!!!! Do not trust Momentum Mini or BMW, they cannot be trusted!! Very disappointed!!!!!

Lack of Integrity

How did we do with your Mini Coupe?

As for the last five years, I never had any complaints at Momentum .. I need to take the opportunity to thank Ibis Andino for being a good help all the time.

Mini Cooper S purchase from Momentum Mini

What a wonderful experience! Maybe the best car experience I have ever had. I saw a car online and after email correspondence, agreed to meet the Sales person. I show up around lunch time at the dealer and his first concern is whether or not I’ve had lunch. The dealer has a nice cafe on premise and he offers to buy me lunch?!?! Wow. At no time did I feel pressure to buy a car and once I agreed to a price, everything which we agreed to remained the same when I entered the finance office. They worked with me on my trade and discounted a new car to the extent they could and at every step kept working to earn my business. What a difference from the other big dealership I visited the night before where the salesman spent more time telling me what he can’t do rather than what he would do. I drove over an hour one way to go to Momentum and will do so again for service even thought the big dealership chain is 20 minutes away. My thanks to Lee and Walter for making this a truly wonderful experience.
