Review of Momentum Mini/Houston
Service is great, quality of work is great, only thing is, you really pay for it. Cost of parts is exorbitant, so is the labor. If I can find a shop who's quality of work is just as high, but priced lower, I will go there and not Momentum Mini.

I feel I can trust their recommendations and the quality of service is very high. The service managers are friendly and knowledgeable, especially Kristin. My recent repairman, Egor, was very thorough and explained what was needed in detail.

Do not trust this dealership service provider
I came in for a routine oil change. My check engine light comes on intermittently so I asked the service technician about it when I brought in the car. She stated they do not diagnose anything on a Saturday. I had selected to wait for my vehicle so we went to the cafe to wait during the oil change. Two hours later they called to review the invoice for the oil change and they found $4,700 of additional repairs needed - but never did look into the check engine light at all, so that was unaddressed. She also had listed the repair of an item that had recently been replaced and was under warranty. She had it listed at full price. I was incredibly frustrated that they couldn't answer the concern I had, but could go hunting for almost $5k in other issues. Unfortunately this is my typical experience at this dealership. I will never buy from them again.
