I love Subarus. I am not a fan of the sales team at this location. When I think of Subarus, I think of fun, friendly, active, outdoorsy people. That is NOT the vibe I got here. In addition, the car sold itself. I knew exactly what I wanted and ordered it quickly. No negotiations occurred. They offered me so little money for my used Subaru that I thought it was a joke. I left the Encore appointment a few weeks later really left frustrated. Buying a new car should be a happy experience. My experience was just ..bleh...

I had to leave a couple of these items blank because I did not my Nan’s and there was no home delivery. Everything else was great and I have been doing business with this company for years. Keep up the good work guys and gals!

Faulkner Subaru was outstanding in trying to locate a new car for my mother! Not only did they provide up-to-date information on the location of a particular model and when it arrived on site, they assisted in installing a special strap so she could operate the hatch without trouble. After the sale was complete they even drove it all the way to State College to drop it off at my mother's door! THANK YOU!!
