Great service department. Mr. Rory went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated adequately under our warranty when we had to be placed in a rental for some repairs.

CR-V Purchase

Best car purchase experience ever. Conducted purchase online while living out of country. Upon return to ATL went directly to AutoNation to pick-up new car. Car was clean, paperwork prepared for signatures, and explanation of car features provided. Was driving our new car home in about one hour. Brandee Leaman is a ?Rock Star?.

Great Service

I am very happy with the repair work done on my Mazda truck. I have been having issues with the air conditioner for a couple of years. I had it at another repair place years ago and after noticing it was not running right, I brought it to AutoNation Honda where I have my Honda Accord serviced. My service advisor Roy Johnson made sure that the air conditioner issue I had was completely resolved. He also made sure that the other issues I was having with this vehicle were also fixed. The previous place actually used zip ties to repair front end suspension work. My service advisor Roy Johnson made sure my truck was repaired and in safe driving condition before returning it to me. Roy also takes care of my 2002 Honda Accord. That car drives like new.

Dissatisfied Customer

I was not satisfied with the overall attitude with the Honda service department in Columbus, Georgia on Monday, July 8, 2019. I was not treated with respect, and their helpfulness and friendliness was nonexistent. One of the service department employees criticized the quality of my vehicle in a negative way. I also did not receive any assistance from the service department when I asked about discounts. I was told the service department employees were not legally able to help me with discount coupons. When I requested help from the dealership front office, I was told the service department would assist me. When I told the dealership front office that the service department would not assist me, the dealership department front office assisted me with getting online; however, I had to find a way to obtain the discount coupons on my own. This is not the first time I experienced this kind of service from the service department in Columbus, Georgia. I travelled throughout the US, and I experienced excellent hospitality, service, and assistance from other Honda service departments in the US. However the Columbus, Georgia service department is an exception. I considered purchasing another Honda, however, after several incidents from the Honda service department in Columbus, Georgia, I have my doubts.

Service team (Roy Johnson) was very helpful and informative. Conducted business very professionally. Very knowledgeable in his field. Made us feel very comfortable that our Honda Pilot would be taken care of.
