Dealership experience

Process was slow. Really slow. So slow I wanted to get up and leave but stopped myself a couple of times. If you plan on buying something make sure to plan no less than 4hrs. We even had our on financing, they didn?t even have to do a credit app. Got finale price in a decent amount of time. But after you agree on price is when it gets really slow. Finance person we worked with was great, Walter.

Review

It was under construction but nice set for people to wait on vehicle. Only complaint I would have is that someone when through my center consul. Nothing was missing and the reason I know is I have removed a couple item before the service and what was on top was push to the side.

Disappointment

My latest experience with AutoNation, like all of the other ones, has been terrible. Not only did I go back and forth to the service department for two days, I was quoted $1500 for a job that took me and one other person 47 minutes to complete once I received the part at home. I was quoted the labor would be 4 to 6 hours. It?s just very disappointing to see how much dealerships choose to rip off consumers.

2018 dodge ram 3500 def issue

Dodge on veterans pkw had a bad service review they hired an fired alot of people but now with Mr Tyler in charge of service department this was the best thing happening my bill was 1157.00 I had less than 5yrs an 60000 miles but Mr Tyler wasn't satisfied he got on his computer an while texting the manufacturer they agreed that it was covered so my def sensor was replaced at 0 cost with this team incharge they have restored my faith in dodge service. Thank you Mr.Tyler

Survey of last service on my 2500 Dodge Ram

Outstanding service on my 2500 Dodge Ram pickup. The service representative stayed in contact with me throughout the service with timely updates of my vehicle status. Once completed the recall maintenance was conducted as promised and I was notified upon completion. The only issue I had was that they didn?t clean the driver side before giving me my vehicle. One of the BEST services I?ve had.
