Your vehicle not ready for sale

I bought the truck via the Marietta dealer. The product you advertised as ready for sale, was not ready for sale. Truck has been in the Marietta service garage for more than a week after I bought it.

2017 Ram Transmission Leak

Bought my Ram with 46k miles on it. That next day noticed a transmission leak on the pan. Took it back a they replaced the pan under warranty. Drove the vehicle 40k miles 1year and 6 months later. Pan is still leaking and took it back in, they replaced the pan one more time under warranty. Picked up the vehicle drove 400 miles pan is leaking again and transmission is whining, they say after the vehicle sitting there for three weeks it needs a new transmission. Cost is $10 thousand dollars and they will only cover half the cost. I think they should co er the total cost because it was a warranty repair. I don't have that type of money for the repair. Very u friendly service department, I had been buying car they for 12 years , I guess I won't be back. Buyer beware! They do t car about you or customer service only your money. Go somewhere else to buy you vehie!

06 jeep wrangler

Bought a 06 jeep wrangler sales people were perfect knew everything about it down to owner history then the financial department worked with me to make sure I was able to get the loan down to where I needed it to be will definitely be back for my next one

A better way....

I scheduled an appointment online for oil change, tire rotation, 60k service and the general concern that the wiper fluid dispenser wasn't working. Got a phone call that I'd have to leave my car at the lot for 4-5 days for diagnostic services on my wiper system. This has become the norm and is why my husband is driving around with a rattling noise when he backs up or turns, because they don't offer a loaner and he can't be without a car for a week. There has got to be a better way to do business. I understand their diagnostic bay is backed up and has been for at least a year (why? employee turn-over?). Everything is computerized, so why can't we be on a virtual waiting list and you call owners when it's their time to bring their car in? If they don't confirm within an hour, move on to the next person on the list. Needless to say all our vehicles go to Pep Boys now for diagnostics.
