Great first visit
Made an appointment for 8, got checked in and waited. I had a oil change and rotation done along with a full check. Was out in just under 2 hours. Not jiffy lube time but I know to expect at least and hour when I come to the dealership. The service manager was friendly and polite. Waiting area was comfortable. Overall great first visit.

Columbus Ga AutoNation
We were shopping for a new auto for our daughter. We live in FL and she is in college at Auburn ( WAR EAGLE ) !!! I knew she was interested in a small SUV. I had already been looking and pricing. When I contacted Autonation in Columbus Ga, I was very pleased. All aspects of the deal was handled over the phone. They even sent a representative to us with all the paperwork so we didn?t have drive 3 1/2 hrs to them. It was the BEST car buying experience I?ve ever had. I will contact them when I?m ready to buy my next car.

Great Experience
I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my Tucson at Autonation Hyundai of Columbus. The staff was friendly and worked hard to deliver the vehicle that I wanted in a timely manner. They personally went and got my car from Auburn that same day. Highly recommend!

Don't expect any assistance once the sale is complete
Recently, I have experienced issues that required repair. During that time, my local Hyundai dealership informed me that the vehicle is not listed as a CPO in the system. I reach out to the salesman and he tells me it is. I ask for a copy of the paperwork and have yet to receive it. Won't return my calls, text messages nor emails. Reached out to sales manager. He claimed he would look into it and contact me regardless of what he finds out.....that was about 2 weeks ago. No contact. I can no longer stand by and recommend this dealership. Would never purchase from here again.
