They were prompt, courteous and completed process

They were prompt, courteous and completed process quickly. I only had 9200 miles on my vehicle after two years of ownership. This was sort of its annual visit for all necessary checks and updates to ensure my safe driving for another year.

Disappointment with the service I recently received at

Disappointment with the service I recently received at the dealership concerning my rotation of my tires. I took my car for service July 26,2025 and had to bring back July 28, 2025. Was told everything was ok but later to find out they said I had a bubble in my tires. Could they have seen this on Saturday. I don’t understand. I had to purchase a tire because of their negligence.

Good afternoon thank you for your response. I was told by the GM at 11:19am that I was not welcome at his dealership. This so disturbing.

Service is always fast and friendly.

Service is always fast and friendly. But the waiting area has seen better days. All the chairs are stained, full of crumbs and stink. My paperwork also stated all my tires were set to 35 psi but when I checked later they were at 30 or 29. Makes me question if they did anything they said they did. I love my car. I just want to make sure it lasts a long time.
