Great experience from beginning to end.

Great experience from beginning to end. I went in just looking and went home with a new ride. The 3 salesman worked together along with the finance manager to get me my car

I had a wonderful experience. I fallowed the lord when choosing this dealership. I was very blessed with all who worked on this deal. Mr. Sim Thomas was my salesman. He did a wonderful job.

He assisted me in my decision as to which items I would do at the time and which ones I could wait on by ensuring I knew exactly what each suggestion entailed and why it was important.

Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. It's very easy to make an appointment, and they always let you know exactly what they're doing and what is needed. They always get approval for anything they do, and they're pretty quick.

They treated me in a professional way.

They treated me in a professional way. My car still had problems when It was brought back to me but I took it a second time and they fixed it every at to cost because it was covered by the guarantee.

I always get the best care when I visit AutoNation.

I always get the best care when I visit AutoNation. We use both Dodge and Hyundai. My appointment with Hyundai was very nice this past week. The Service Advisor kept me informed while I was in the dealership and after I went home.

DO NOT buy or lease a car at AutoNation Hyundai.

DO NOT buy or lease a car at AutoNation Hyundai. I leased a brand new 2025 Hyundai Sonata N Line less than 2 months ago. The car already has mechanical AND electrical issues. In addition, when I called to ask questions about my tag, I was told that both the guy who sold me the car AND the sales manager that I first dealt with were no longer with the company. Very sus. I was told to reach out to Berlinda, who handles the title department. I called and was transferred to her voice mail. My question was very simple. And yet, she didn't bother ever calling me back. Also, they never submitted my paperwork to BlueLink or MyHyundai. And customer car care for MyHyundai took 23 days to respond to my email asking why my car wasn't registered to my MyHyundai account/app. And when they did, they wanted my DL, insurance card, and proof of sale, which all should have been provided to them by AutoNation at time of lease. This place is shady. Buy somewhere else.
