Knowledgeable Staff

Every staff member we came into contact with was very knowledgeable. We called ahead of time to make sure the specific vehicle we were driving 2 hours to see would in fact be there. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very nice, but when we got there he was working with another customer so he very politely handed us over to Thomas. Thomas answered every question that I had and worked very well with my husband and I. We could not have asked for better service!

Ms. Klawunder

My salesman, Woody, was very friendly and helpful during the whole buying process. He helped me to find the exact car that I was looking for and got me a good deal on it. The sales manager was also friendly and gave me an offer that I couldn't refuse. The finance manager got me through that process quickly and professionally. Even the employees who weren't involved with the sale of my car, were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a good experience!

New car

Love my car! Robert was my salesman and I enjoyed working with him. He wasn't pushy and he was very friendly. Once we decided to purchase the car they were able to get us out the door in a timely matter.

Excellent service

Excellent service customer service did excellent in getting us in our car. Friendly associates!!!! Very clean facility!!!! Love the rebates and discounts they offer. Coloumbus treats us better than Southtown did hardly any customer service there.

service revew

After Carl Gregory sold the Hyundai dealership to AutoNation, I began to have a problem with the service on my 2004 Hyundai Elantra with approx. 48,000 miles. I replaced the battery approx. a year ago. That battery is now dead and cannot be recharged. I was told I have to bring the car in for you to honor the battery warranty. The car will not run without the battery, Also I had the car inspected by another mechanic who says transmission fluid is leaking into the new radiator that Hyundai service replaced less than one year ago. When Hyundai service replaced the radiator, the transmission fluid leaked out the next day, The car began smoking as if it was on fire and stopped running. The car had to be towed . Hyundai supposedly fixed the hoses, etc, but now I find that transmission fluid is still leaking into the radiator. I no longer trust Hyundai service. In my opinion AutoNation does not offer the high quality service that I received from Carl Gregory. I will no longer have my car serviced at Hyundai AutoNation. I will not recommend AutoNation and will tell my friends and colleagues about the horrible and slip-shod service that I received there.

Justin was a wonderful salesman, very professional,nice person, he answered all my questions that I had, I was very surprised that he offered to bring the car to me know other car dealership has ever done that before when I was buying a car

AutoNation Hyundai - in general - and Justin Johnson - specifically - did an outstanding job ensuring my buying experience was top-notch. They ensured that I was able to test drive the car I was interested in and even provided a near-match for me to take home until my car arrived from Atlanta.

Great Customer Service

We are extremely happy with the service we received at your dealership. Justin Johnson made our experience a great one. He made our decision easy and made us not feel so stressed about it. We never felt pressured and felt genuine concern for our needs and expectations. Justin was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to answer every question we had. It was definitely the best car buying experience we have had.
