For oil change etc. they are excellent. But part of the service was to wash my car. A big reason I have it done at the dealership. I had a car in on Friday and the following Tuesday and neither car was washed.

I had an 11:00 appt and it took 2 1/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. I feel that is too long. Never had that problem before!

Service department was extremely helpful. Debbie kept in contact with me about repair. Repair was made on a recall. All involved were great.

I’ve been buying cars ( and one truck) from Machens since 1981 when I moved to Columbia, Missouri. Their sales staff and their service staff have always been effective, efficient, and pleasant. I don’t mind waiting while my car is serviced because the seating is comfortable and coffee, tea, sodas and snacks are free and well stocked. Above all, I have found them completely trustworthy. I’ve never considered another dealer.
