Terrible terrible terrible customer service! I would NEVER recommend doing business with this dealership! I wanted to buy a car I had the money and they refused to let me put a deposit down.

This is the second car we bought from Joe Machens Toyota. Jimmy was our sales person both times. He was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! He spent so much time explaining everything. He was very patient with us. He gave us options. He explained why certain options were important but did not press us into buying. He made was so personable which is important to me. When we buy another Toyota, we will use Joe Machens and ask for Jimmy!!

The staff at JM Toyota is extremely helpful and friendly. They don’t have any problems answering any questions and don’t talk down to you if you don’t know something about a vehicle. I’ve been to quite a few dealers and the vibes just were not good but there was nothing but good vibes here.

Kamille in the Service Department was nice and
Kamille in the Service Department was nice and accommodating to my needs. She delivered faster then she promised and was attentive every step of the way. I don’t know the name of the tech who did the work, but I am appreciative of their attentiveness as well. I learned a lesson today. Go with someone who knows my vehicle and not a quick lube place for a oil change. They drained my transmission thinking it was engine oil. Seriously? Almost cost me thousands in repairs.
