Took my 2003 Camry in for routine service and checking

Took my 2003 Camry in for routine service and checking out its systems for longer trips. Very pleased with the service dept. allowing to make a special scheduled visit ahead of the line to accommodate my travel plans to acquire specialized physician help out of town.

Charged me unnecessary cabin air filter replacement

Charged me unnecessary cabin air filter replacement without asking first. They put my daughter away for engine warning and I had to go in to have them fix the car.

Very disorganized took all morning to look at new car.

Very disorganized took all morning to look at new car. Taking advantage of the current market way overcharged. Then pressed to take it home that day. Then business manager first found a high interest rate until I said no then somehow he found a much better one. If I treated customers the way they did they would not come back and I won’t!!

My salesman Alex was so great to deal with the finance...

My salesman Alex was so great to deal with the finance department was wonderful as well. When it’s time to trade I will give them another shot looking forward to keeping my tundra serviced with them as well.

Have bought a minimum 6 vehicles at Machens in last 10 years. Service department is excellent but logistically does not work for me for all needs.

Service experience

Had a service appt. at 9:30 for an oil change & tire rotation on 12/8/21. Service advisor said it could be up to 1.5 hours or 11:00am. They didn’t finish until 12:00 noon. Very slow service.

Clean and courteous personnel. Good courtesy car driver and ride. Had a 9:15 appointment for a safety recall fix but work wasn’t begun until mid afternoon. Arrived after 4:00 to pick up vehicle but had to wait 15 minutes for paper work to be found.
