Professional and prompt

Scheduled an inspection at Ken Pollock Ford. Arrived at 9:50 for my 10:00 appt. They immediately took my vehicle in and began the process. Was done in a very timely manner. Everyone was sociable, polite and professional. Bought several vehicles from this dealership. Would definitely go back for both a vehicle and service.

Great DFearlership

Completely satisfied with my experience at Ken Pollock Ford. The rest rooms were very neat and clean along with the rest of their entire facilitry. Service and Warranty

I purchased a used 2016 F-150 and within the first year it formed a vibration in the drivetrain. It is under an extended warranty and being worked on. I had it to the dealer and it was diagnosed as in need of new rear differential gears. They were replaced and the issue still exists so it will be going back for additional diagnosis and warranty work. The service department has been great and it seems we have a current working relationship until the truck is fixed. I do thank the sales staff for going over the extended warranty programs when we purchased the truck.

Didn't buy a car from them, but I certainly would.

Didn't buy a car from them, but I certainly would. Back when I was looking for a new vehicle, I worked with Jesse at Ken Pollock Ford in regard to a new Fusion Sport. Jesse was great about everything, accompanying me on a lengthy test drive. We talked numbers and he was giving me a good deal. The car was not my first choice so I had to think about it. I ended up getting a decent deal on the car I really wanted and checked in with Jesse. When I told him the deal I had on the car I wanted, he told me that I should jump on it because it was a great deal. He was very upfront and honest, and he operated with extreme integrity. Although I didn't purchase their Fusion Sport, I would most definitely work with them in the future to purchase a vehicle. Everyone I spoke to there was extremely helpful, friendly, no pressure, and honest. They truly improved my opinion of dealerships!

inspection

We went for inspection & everyone was so nice. Things went smoothly & we were even offered a bottle of water for the 2 of us along with something to eat. They also have coffee or tea for customers while you wait. We were there for an oil change previously & were very satisfied also.

unethical practice in selling a vehicle

we made an appt february 22 2023 with drew bodnor at ken pollock in berwick pa. we arrived early and took it for a test drive and proceeded inside to finish the deal. at this point drew informed us that as we were test driving this truck someone went inside and put a deposit down to purchase it while we were test driving it and were promised by drew that it was ours if we wanted it. he said the manager changed his mind and we were not allowed to purchase it. we were not told to put a deposit down before we test drove it. we were told that it needed to be serviced first and if there was nothing wong we could finish the purchase but needed to put a deposit down. we were ready to do this and from nowhere someone sold this truck from under us. we were promised this vehicle and were sent away to drive back to our home town which is about l and 1/2 hours away. this is immoral and unethical and we filed a complaint with the BBB. and will be filling out complaints online where ever permitted. this was just told us that well these things happen. NO they don't and we were the ones test driving it. we should be the owner of this truck. Ken pollock dealership is corrupt in how they run this dealership

First time buyer from dealership

First time buyer from this dealership. Looked at a vehicle on the lot and emailed sales rep Andrew and got back to me within minutes of the post. Another explorer 2022 was inside same as the one i had and he took video of it and it brought me in to look at it and did purchase it that day. Andrew was very good to deal with. Service Dept was great for a rechedule for procedure to be completed on new explorer.

3rd time buyer!!

This is our 3rd purchase from the dealership and each time we have been treated very well. Never pressured, always given full attention and all questions answered. Courteous and Helpful

Very friendly and extremely helpful place to purchase your vehicle. Jeff is very helpful in sales and answered all my questions. Andrea was very courteous in service and also answered my questions promptly. It made my truck buying experience easier. I definitely recommend Ken Pollock Ford .
