Good truck buying experience

Had a good experience buying my 2021 F150 I actually traveled about an hour to buy this truck even though I have 2 or 3 Ford dealerships near me.

HONESTY AND INTEGRITY IN THEIR PRODUCT.

Honest, fair, and friendly are the first three words that come to my mind when i dealt with the people at Pollock Ford in Berwick..Jeff Ohm, my salesman, was excellent to deal with.. All of the people there make a great team!

Happy with service , work and communication

I’ve had my 2019 F-250 serviced regularly and I’ve had to have it brought in when my serpentine belt broke (idler pulleys and belt tensioner not installed right at factory ) they got my truck in and repaired as quick as they could , and made sure to find out why it happened so it wouldn’t happen again . The hours ( especially Saturday ) are very convenient for those of us that work days and may not have enough time to get to the dealer to get something serviced before 5pm . Overall I have no complaints , the service is great and the communication is as well .
