Easy lease swap

Staff was masked up and lots of sanitizer around. Felt very safe inside and both Mark and John in finance were considerate about being safe in the crazy times of a pandemic. The worked hard to get the deal I wanted and even brought in my preferred color!

Unhappy customer

An extended warranty was added to my purchase without my knowledge. I have gone through the proper procedures to have it removed from my loan and four months later it is still on there! I have emailed the finance lady as well as phoned, with no response.

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER

I think God we decided not to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I messaged them to check the availability on a suv and now I have hard inquiries on my credit report because they decided without my permission and authorization to run a credit check for automotive financing. I am beyond pissed I never spoke to anyone, never discussed possibly purchasing anything, xxxx I never responded after I asked about the availability because I found something better at another dealership. They are so full of xxxx I highly recommend NOBODY shops there take your business elsewhere!!!

Best Car Buying Experience we have ever had!

This was our first time buying from Neil Huffman Honda and we were very pleased! Mark Alexander was so friendly and helpful. He didn't rush us and wasn't pushy. He answered every question we had!
