Needed quick oil change

Needed a quick oil change for my RAM mid-way thru our summer long RV trip. Got in and out within my schedule. No problems

Over all was great but when tried to call and schedule appointment couldnt get through on the phone tried many times and had to end up doing it online

Exceptional Service Dept

Our Service Writer Linda went above and beyond for us. Im blown away at the exceptional customer service we received. Linda truly knows how to take care of her customers and treats them like family. Were very thankful.

I left in a new truck!

This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from this dealership. There was plenty of inventory and options to choose from. Found the truck I wanted and made a deal. No games or gimmicks from the salesman or sales manager. Straight forward and smooth.

Great All Around Service

Brought my 2019 Ram 1500 in to have a recall issue fixed. I found out that there were a couple others that needed to be addressed also and that it would take a bit longer than I anticipated. Although I had other things to do that day and couldnt stay and wait for everything to be completed, my service tech took care of me and got me an Uber that took me all the way back to my house. This was no small gesture on their part because I live a long way from the dealership. I was able to get everything done while the vehicle was fixed, and it was ready right when they said it would be. They even offered to send an Uber for me again, but it wasnt necessary.

Great experience today!

I went in for a scheduled oil change. I was out of there in 30 minutes. They handed me a thorough report at the end and I was on my way. It was quick and easy.

Recall on my Fiat 500e software update

Julie was very kind and thorough during in take. The mechanic new enough that the 1st go around did not completely take-odometer was blinking

Warranty Work

Had to have a TPMS sensor replaced. My aluminum wheel was damaged in the process. Julie Winkler, the service adviser was right on it! Her understanding and professionalism was greatly appreciated. She is a definite asset to Lithia!!!
