Great All Around Service
Brought my 2019 Ram 1500 in to have a recall issue fixed. I found out that there were a couple others that needed to be addressed also and that it would take a bit longer than I anticipated. Although I had other things to do that day and couldnt stay and wait for everything to be completed, my service tech took care of me and got me an Uber that took me all the way back to my house. This was no small gesture on their part because I live a long way from the dealership. I was able to get everything done while the vehicle was fixed, and it was ready right when they said it would be. They even offered to send an Uber for me again, but it wasnt necessary.

Great experience today!
I went in for a scheduled oil change. I was out of there in 30 minutes. They handed me a thorough report at the end and I was on my way. It was quick and easy.

Warranty Work
Had to have a TPMS sensor replaced. My aluminum wheel was damaged in the process. Julie Winkler, the service adviser was right on it! Her understanding and professionalism was greatly appreciated. She is a definite asset to Lithia!!!
