New vehicle purchase

Huge bill.
For the amount charged for the work and parts they could have at least vacuumed the interior of the Jeep. As far as a tune-up, what was done besides changing the sparkplugs? The brakes and airbag I understand just don't seem cost friendly to the customer. Need to look around.

Horrible Customer Service
I called Lithia Dodge to get a price on a new Ram 3500. Talked to a salesperson named Jeff and gave him my order sheet and he said he would try and get me a price by the end of the day. One week went by and I had to call Jeff back and he apologized and said he would definitely have me a price that day. Couple more days went by and I called again and Jeff told me that their very busy and their bread and butter is on the weekends. I never received a price, I guess I was never that important!

Efficient and honest
I went in for a recall issue and had them look at my brakes and was told I did not need brakes for at least 5000 more miles. So I will be sure to go back when it’s time for my brakes just due to the honesty the first time.
